I walked into the store and Rebecca already had an attitude towards everyone for no reason. She seemed very stressed out, unprofessional, and could not handle the workload. Keep in mind this is around 10:30 A.M on a tuesday. She finished cutting my hair and did not clean my face at all. At the end of the haircut, she didn't even check or confirm that everything is good and that I like the haircut. I felt disrespected that she wanted me to leave as soon as possible as this is how I actually left the store; feeling rushed and unwelcomed. Keep in mind, I did not have any kind of conversation with Rebecca, as she seemed very stressed and I didn't want to stress her more. I also did NOT make one single request of her other than asking to get my normal haircut; a fade starting from zero and trim the edges of the top. I paid $16 for the haircut and tipped her $4, went home showered and I could still see hard lines on my hair on one side and the other side was faded really nicely; in addition, I could still feel a lot of long hair on my back that was supposed to be zeroed.
I don't know what's going on with Rebecca still but maybe she hated the way I look? I honestly have no other explanation.
I went back and confronted Rebecca, she was very rude to me and kept saying "this is how my clippers are" she was very shocked that I'm asking for a refund. After going back and forth, she refunded me $19 out of the $20 I paid.
Why waste time and pay money for a haircut that needs another barber to be fixed?
If you are planning to get a fade or any decent haircut: save your time and effort and go to another barber. However, if you are planning to get an easy haircut that takes 10 minutes or less this is the perfect place for you. read more
