After her passing, we found the massage certificates a week before they expired. When we called Autumn (the massage technician), explained the situation, and she stated that she had no openings for bookings in the remaining time for which the certificates were still valid. When I left it seemed like it would MAYBE be okay? But its not, the bangs arent even, they are short and theres literally no blending so they stick out like a sore thumb.
