Once I saw Jordania's profile, I knew she is the one for me. My consult with her was great. She listened to my hopes, desires and concerns with understanding. I'm that rare natural blonde that actually wants to go brown. She was extremely thorough with explaining the process of going brunette with balayage, and even explained the even longer process to go back to blonde if I do so choose. My appointment to have my hair done was absolutely wonderful! She's so easy to talk to and just a delight! She's such a sweet and down to earth lady with remarkable hair skills. She made me feel like a beauty queen. Even the other staff around just made me feel so welcome and good about myself. Also the salon itself is beautiful. Very chic, modern, well lit and clean. Even the hair wash basins are super comfortable and didn't hurt my neck. Now I'm a brunette and I'm absolutely in love with my hair! Beautiful color and amazing texture! My hair is so soft, silky and shiny. Jordania also showed me how to used certain products to help give volume at my roots. She's an absolute darling and I just adore her and her work! Instead, the final result was a total disaster that has left me feeling incredibly upset and embarrassed by how my hair looks. I was charged $307.00 plus I tipped so the total was $368.00 for this debacle. However, they did offer to fix my hair for an additional $600-$1,000.

This was the time I had planned to be ready by to change, do my makeup, and leave for my dance commitment at 10:30. I went up to the counter and asked if they could try to contact her to determine what to do. I never saw anyone make a call nor text, so I was still in the dark about what was going on. At 10:25 I finally came to terms with the fact that I was running out of time and my hair was probably not going to be pretty for my event. It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but there was going to be a photographer and I wanted to look nice. I went to my car to get my outfit and makeup bag. I changed in their restroom quickly, which has a door that does not close. The other restroom has been out of service for months. I came out at 10:30 and the stylist is finally there. She apologized and said she overslept. I agreed for her to curl my hair while I did my makeup. She did work quickly and managed to finish in 10 minutes. After all this, I asked if I could pay with the card on file out of politeness. I thought maybe they wouldn't charge me since they were 45 minutes late. No type of compensation nor way to rectify it was offered. This whole situation made me super frazzled and stressed out (not the best mindset before a dance performance). I used to love the convenience of getting my hair styled here, but I'll be looking for other options in the future. They really need to change/improve their system. Instead of having specific appointments assigned to hair stylists, they should have a first-come basis. It was so frustrating to see people that had later appointments than me being immediately seated and making me even more and more late.
