When I called to schedule the appointment, Saad, the owner said it was fine to walk-in any time before 8pm. The shop was easy to find and there is plenty of parking. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that I was immediately able to receive service. My normal stylist typically ends up overbooking himself and inevitably I end up waiting 30 minutes or so as he finishes the previous client. A basic wash, blow dry and style is $30 which is pretty good since I usually pay $45, plus costs to park since the shop is downtown. It was $10 extra for the deep conditioner and another $10 for the trim. Still pretty good in comparison to other shops. It's not a lavish/luxury spot, so don't expect a spa type setting...but it's comfortable and clean. Saad provided good advice regarding my hair care and worked at a reasonable pace (not too quickly like he was in a rush...not too slowly as if he wasn't respecting my time). I'd definitely recommend giving this salon a try.

Beth took the time to discuss what I wanted to do before my first appointment. I sent her pictures and ideas and we went over options. When I got there, I felt really comfortable, and Beth was completely genuine and friendly which is a big deal when you are with someone for long periods of time. Not only did I love the color she gave me, but I loved her and her partner. I got a really good vibe there. I am not a huge people person, so for me to so quickly like someone and feel comfortable is really saying a lot. I would recommend this salon to everyone.
