Great clips is a good business to frequent if you are looking for a team of able professionals. The person that cut my hair, Ms. Ashley, presented me with a haircut that I could not complain about. The closer I looked for any flaws in the cut, the closest thing to perfection was evident. I enjoy the upbeat friendly environment, the organizational skills and the awesome comradery between staff and clientele. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted immediately by a friendly person who offered to me a lollipop before I even checked in. It was a pleasant surprise. The service was top notch. My stylist name was Ashley. After Inquiring my style preferences Ms. Ashley did a spectacular job and with such a gregarious personality I was very relaxed and enjoyed a great conversation on various topics. My haircut was the best I had in ages. If I am still in the general area when it's time for another haircut I am going back. All of the hair stylists were obviously worthy of praise. I'm not sure what his name was, but the hairstylist working this evening - he had a tattoo on his arm, he was kind of bulky, & he looked to be middle eastern - was very rough with manhandling my fiancé. He kept pulling his hair, nicking him with the blades, & pressing down on his head extremely hard for no apparent reason. As for the actual cut itself, my fiancé told the stylist that he only wanted half an inch cut off the top of his head - not 2 inches. He clearly did not listen despite this being communicated to him. My cut was great. The lady working this evening was friendly, quick & good at her job. She deserves more than a 1 star review. However, the treatment of my fiancé from the male stylist working this evening (10/10/24) was NOT okay whatsoever. We are both highly upset & we are not coming back to this Great Clips location. I prefer quick cheep haircuts which is why I go to a place like Great Clips, Supercuts, Haircuttery, etc. This can sometimes be risky depending on the location and hairdresser you get, and it can be scary when they say they're going to use a buzzer to cut off an inch of your long hair because "that's the way they do it"..... Thankfully my recent experience at Great Clips was one of the best I've ever had. The cut was quick, hairdresser was friendly (and used scissors) and my hair was trimmed perfectly! I will say though I think I got the better hairdresser. The other one was complaining the entire time I was there to other customers. May the odds be in your favor! read more

I needed a haircut in a pinch, and they did an okay job. You can check in online and sign up for text alerts for when to head the the store, which is super convenient. It was a quick trim up, and not the most detail-oriented haircut I've gotten. It's a 4-star haircut, but somehow either the person who cut my hair or something in the system goofed as they added on $5 to the tip I left. Not worth trying to get it corrected. Just be aware of this if you get a cut there. It's a 4-star haircut at a 3-star price. read more

While the location is new, bright and clean, the stylist didn't want to hear the specific around the kind of cut that my 7yr old nephew wanted. She was inpatient with him and me as we explained that, yes as crazy as it sounds, he needs to wear it short from ears down but wants to grow it out from ears up. Yes, the "bowl cut" is where we are going. I think she actually rolled her eyes. Not sure I would go back and definitely wouldn't if she is the only stylist available. read more

I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. 7-8 years... it may have even been a different name then - I don't know. I've lived in this area over 40 years. We are talking about a $15 haircut u diva beeotches. How can u give 1star? You need to save up and go get an $80 haircut at a salon if you gonna pick every little thing apart. These stylist work very hard. This is their living. Be gracias. Tip well. I'm sure they gotta deal w some heads that they'd rather not even have to look at sometimes. Dandruf, zits, etc.... but dealing wconebof u high maintenance diva boys in a $15 haircut shop would probably make me want to cut an ear off. Grow up read more

Worst hair cut I've ever gotten. It's choppy and uneven. It seemed like the hair stylist had a bad day and it felt like she took it out on me/my hair. She was really rough on me. Never going back to any Great Clips. Had a haircut at a different location years ago and it wasn't as bad but it was still less than decent. read more

After waiting 15 - 20 minutes, they took the guy who came in after me first - he checked in online. So, I left. Ridiculous policy. read more

I have gone to this location twice, and both times were disappointing. The haircut was not what I wanted or asked for, and it felt so rushed and as if what I wanted didn't matter. This shop definitely prioritizes getting people in and out quickly so they can have more paying customers packed into a day rather than taking their time and giving each customer attention. That might be what GreatClips in general goes for, but that's certainly what this individual shop feels like. read more
