The cut was not anything near requested length. Hair is chopped and uneven on front/ sides and the back has been buzzed down to the scalp in spots. The overall expectation (even after showing photos) was to have more length from top to neck. The cut received is not only ridiculously amateur but extremely disappointing! read more

Absolutely hands down worse hair cutting business in Longview. Their license should be revoked. Lunatic stylist butchers and scalped over 10-12 inches of hair and I believe she was high on something. Anyways, doesn't matter. What she did was wrong! Managers or owners and corporate won't answer my calls so social media and the world will know. The next day another stylist did best she could to make it presentable and she told me it's worse haircut ever seen. My hair is horrible and sticking up everywhere and gonna take a year to grow back. I was scalped, uneven cuts and just humiliated and missed a wedding that day too due to this. Shocked management hasn't contacted me back. Pics don't lie and posting before with long hair just the week before. Nobody use this company. They are being sued since they wanna ignore it and their own stylist advised me to do it and she would testify. Ask have video proof of two stylists reactions and customers inside the store the next day to get fixed. Shame on greta clips! This is a franchisee location and great clips should pull their names from these horrible licensed barbers and stylists. read more

I got one of the best haircuts ever on my 1st visit here. The girl listened to me, looked at my hair and the way it was styled and gave me a great haircut. Wish I could remember her name. Anyway, I go back for another haircut a few weeks later and signed in on the app. I didn't get to pick my stylist which probably wouldn't have mattered since I didn't remember her name. I got a random young Hispanic guy who seemed like he cared and even looked at the 'clip notes' in their system so he knew basically what I wanted. I told him not too short please. He proceeded to butcher my hair. Horrible. Cut it very short and sticks up all over the place even with gel. It would be funny if it didn't look so bad. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have to wear a hat. Unbelievably bad haircut. I am very disappointed and a little peeved..! Actually I'm pissed off so writing this review. I'm disappointed. It really felt like noone wanted to cut my daughter's hair and boy it shows. I actually paid for someone to do this to her!!?? I learned my lesson. I've never had a good experience here. Tip: Don't inspect a haircut while it's still wet and leave. ‍ read more

My 6- year old daughter got her haircut here. The stylist made sure she understood what we wanted. Then she did a great job geting it done. She even asked if we needed additional length taken off. Do precheck in with the app! It'll save you so much time. read more

I was in the shopping center and needed a haircut. I informed the girl that i needed the hair around My ears to be trimmed very short as I was having some surgery the next day on My ears. She ask Me if I wanted a 3 1/2 size clipper attachment. I am not a barber, I DON'T KNOW!!..To finish story, I will go to My regular barber or any other one that knows how to give a "regular" haircut and have My hair properly cut before that I go to church Sunday. I arrived straight from work and went straight to sign in, but stood in line waiting while the person manning the counter could not figure out the register. I stood in line for ten minutes while she fooled with it and even called someone else over to help her. After five minutes of waiting, I saw three more people pop up on their waiting list. I proceeded to wait another five minutes while she displayed her incompetence at doing her job only to be told that I had to wait until after the other three people who checked in while she was being incompetent... probably better off at a different hair salon if she cuts hair as bad as she operates the register. read more

I'm sure Rosie will make someone a great receptionist, or w.e God has in her future. She was friendly and very helpful. That being said, I wouldn't even let her cut my dogs hair. She seemed like she knew what she was doing, I asked how her fade and taper game were, if she wasn't confident I was cool with a 3 on the side and taper on top. She was confident so I said fade to 2. There's no fade, the taper isn't consistent even after I pointed out a few spots she missed she said it's fine and then tried to scissor it. Then asked how short I wanted the top... I showed her my receding hairline an told her I'd like to leave it long enough to cover that up. She said will an 8 work? I don't know how short an 8 is... she buzzed my head. So i have an uneven taper, no fade and basically a little longer then a buzz cut. She then tried to comb the very short hair over and say it looks nice. She didn't edge me up. I have half a mind to go back and watch her completely dismember someone else's hair. read more

This is he absolute worst haircut I've ever had! Basically I looked like one of the three stooges and my wife had to even everything out at home. Bangs were way uneven and nothing was blended. I think I would probably have had a better haircut if it were given by Edward Scissorhands! Goes great with the upcoming job interview thanks a lot! read more
