I got the small knotless waist Length and was done in less than 5 1/2 hours. They were so sweet and so kind and I'm not gonna lie these are the most neatest parts that I've ever had from a Dallas braider. I didn't get any brand new pictures when I first got them done which I'm so sad about but like I said it's been a month and literally I just got a compliment on my braids of them being so nice. I'm definitely coming back. See you guys in September.

My stylist was very attentive, professional and disclosed all the charges related to my service before hand. My issue is with the salon itself. When I proceeded to pay, I realized there was a $9 charge for using a card. I had never seen that at a salon before. I wouldn't have mind leaving that in addition to the tip I left for my stylist, because she was the one who did my service, but a charge for a card fee, that's definitely not the norm. I would love coming back to her, but hope they revise this practice.

They feel weightless and no pulling, despite length. As I have extra fine hair, I'm always nervous about having too much tension around my hair line. Nailed the waist length I wanted Clean and professional work environment Restroom facilities WiFi in the building Television/entertainment Good: Smaller than I originally requested but I think this is her standard size because I came a few months ago for Senegalese twists and even though I asked for medium, there were the same size. I brought my own hair because I wanted a certain ombré color and it looks good and I had some packs left. She was willing to provide but I already had the hair I wanted. Bad: Despite being fast braiders (3 hours for waist length small- mostly two ppl), she was an hour late for my appointment and then brought her toddler son who didn't allow her to work for an additional half hour or so. She eventually asked her husband to get them (her daughter was also there but was more self-reliant). This enabled her to finish my hair but I was an hour late for picking up my son from the sitter and a boat ride later that evening. In the end, I would go again but probably take the hint if she ASKS if I can come an hour later than our originally scheduled time. I also would likely not have anything urgent planned afterwards, if I do go back. Her partner (finisher) and her are good braiders though so I'm still going to give 3.5/4 stars

Social distancing was a protocol at the parlor which I really appreciated. I got the regular or basic pedicure and it was great! I was hoping they would scrub my feet more but overall they did a great job with my nails and it was affordable. They have a lot of OPI nail colors to choose from. They also do nexgen or dip nails as well as acrylic. Parking is ample and it's easy to locate the parlor because it's right off of highway 80 in a shopping plaza. I'll definitely be back for a manicure but overall service was great! And I love my nails!
