Getting the haircut was horrible the barber absolutely butchered my hair. I'm currently heading to another barber as mine refused to fix it. It's a shame as the men's hair in North Fargo is great. This location really puts down to the rest of the brand.

Thank goodness my daughter did some research and found this place. This place is kind of in a non-descripts building. I used my GPS or I might have missed it. But once you go inside, so different. The inside has stations that beauticians use of course, but there's a good amount of feng shui going on and it's very pleasant. I was greeted by a nice young lady at the counter. She checked me in, offered me snacks and/or a drink and then asked me to be seated. I had this appt with Jessie, who also cut my daughter's hair. Ok cut and dried, this was a very pleasant experience, and I liked the way she did my hair. She asked me about my hair, what I liked, what I didn't like, then she asked me to wait a few to get an estimate on what the cost might be. After this, my hair was shampooed and then the cutting began. She treats your hair like it's the best thing in the world. She cuts it that way also. She listened to what I liked and that was the best thing. I've had some bad haircuts from people who simply didn't listen. And also, we talked and talked and I think a new friend was made. It's nice to know that I can count of someone now to cut my hair, like I want it cut. So will I come back. Oh yes, I'm already scheduled out for another appt. Try this place out!

HOWEVER... her follow ups and customer service are awful. Once, I went for my appt and the shop was closed. No answer but left a phone msg. I worked nearby and went back 15 min later to find her serving a WALK IN instead of contacting me ! She got me in for my "appt" 45 min late. Another time she wanted me to use a certain product but she was out so she wrote it in her book to call me when it came in. I never got a call. I emailed her about hair color and she responded the next day that she would find out and let me know. Again, no further contact. My opinion is that she is great at hands on hair cuts etc, but a complete airhead at keeping promises. I can't depend on appt or callbacks, so I now go elsewhere. I guess that is why she is at a college where it's mostly drop ins and there is always new clientele every semester.
