I've had these before, so I knew what to expect, but the first thing the provider said to me was, "I hope you brought a swimsuit." That felt odd -- what if I hadn't? She then left me on the table to gather supplies. That time came directly out of my session, so my "50-minute service" ended up being closer to 30- minutes. On top of that I was cold the entire time. Next, I had a facial. It mostly consisted of my face being washed several times, then a mask applied. After that, the provider left the room for about 20 minutes, and I was extremely frustrated because nothing was happening. I even considered getting up and leaving. When I voiced my concerns to the receptionist afterward, her only suggestion was that I try a massage instead. I booked a massage and requested a face and head massage, but it seemed like no one there had ever done that before. The massage felt unskilled -- honestly like a three-year-old was doing it. It was so bad and extremely disappointing. Overall, the services were very expensive for the little service you actually receive, and what was meant to be a relaxing birthday treat turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Gave me a shadow root I didnt ask for and badly at that eith a huge line on the back of my head. I asked for 1 to 2 inches off to cut off any dead ends. She barely cut any off in the back and my front face framing was inches off. Will never be back, didnt refund me just said I could come back and get it fixed after I now am having another hairstylist fix their mistake. I only asked for $120 back on my $200 service. That's the cost of thr other stylist to fix my hair not including a complimentary hair cut she did to fix how unstraight my hair was.

Thank goodness my daughter did some research and found this place. This place is kind of in a non-descripts building. I used my GPS or I might have missed it. But once you go inside, so different. The inside has stations that beauticians use of course, but there's a good amount of feng shui going on and it's very pleasant. I was greeted by a nice young lady at the counter. She checked me in, offered me snacks and/or a drink and then asked me to be seated. I had this appt with Jessie, who also cut my daughter's hair. Ok cut and dried, this was a very pleasant experience, and I liked the way she did my hair. She asked me about my hair, what I liked, what I didn't like, then she asked me to wait a few to get an estimate on what the cost might be. After this, my hair was shampooed and then the cutting began. She treats your hair like it's the best thing in the world. She cuts it that way also. She listened to what I liked and that was the best thing. I've had some bad haircuts from people who simply didn't listen. And also, we talked and talked and I think a new friend was made. It's nice to know that I can count of someone now to cut my hair, like I want it cut. So will I come back. Oh yes, I'm already scheduled out for another appt. Try this place out!
