She checked me in, offered me snacks and/or a drink and then asked me to be seated. I had this appt with Jessie, who also cut my daughter's hair. She asked me about my hair, what I liked, what I didn't like, then she asked me to wait a few to get an estimate on what the cost might be. After this, my hair was shampooed and then the cutting began. She treats your hair like it's the best thing in the world. She cuts it that way also. She listened to what I liked and that was the best thing. I've had some bad haircuts from people who simply didn't listen. And also, we talked and talked and I think a new friend was made.
