First off, I was at the door waiting to get in at 10;00 am, and decided to leave at 10:10 cause no one was in the shop. So I went back home and signed in to get my haircut, it was supposely a 37-minute wait. So I drove back at 35 minutes and it was a 102-minute wait. The barber told me it would be approx another half hour while she stood there paging a magazine with no one in her chair and she never even looked up at me. First off i respect the work industry I do but I go in and there are 2 people in there and say they have a 30 minute wait so I say il come later I placed my appointment and they called me saying they close at 530 when they close at 6 when the only reason they were closing at 6 was cause they were so busy with what the 2 people these workers are lazy and i'm quite glad i don't have to go get my hair cut from these disguising people read more

These ladies are rude. You advertise no appointments necessary but they won't take you if u don't sign in on line. They sit in there with no customers and still won't take you...will never go in there again. read more

The people are friendly. It stops there. Had my hair cut twice in here and it turned out awful. Im a guy, its not hard to do our hair. Both times hairs were missed and my neck line was crooked. I get my hair cut every 2-3 weeks and my usual guy was out of town for awhile. When I went back to him he laughed at it. I was also laughing at it. Random stray hairs and a crooked neck line. Seems pretty basic to "trim it up." I guess not. I will not go back here. I learned my lesson, twice. I would suggest getting some better stylists in there. Not fresh out of Empire girls. And maybe find a barber to give the guys an option to get their hair cut by him. Its more comfortable for a guy to have another a male barber. read more

Checked in on line about 10 am. This was only their second day open after COVID 19 shut down. I expected to wait. They texted me about 15 minutes before they were ready for me. Timing was perfect. I arrived at 1 pm, a lady (wearing mask) came out to the sidewalk, took my temp, stated I was next. Within one or two minutes, she came again and called my name. I was asked to wash hands at a dedicated station, then directed to a station which had been sanitized. My stylist was Wendy. She was wonderful. Wore mask as she cut my hair. Very professional. Asked me as she proceeded if this was how I wanted my hair. Thank you Wendy. This was my first cut since January 22. I feel like a new woman! Highly recommended. read more

Great service. Friendly service. The place was not packed and was adequately staffed. My hair was cut the way I like it. I was in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. This branch is new but is very good. I will continue to come here. It is also in the shopping center I go to a lot. read more

I admit I have been here before. Sometimes I get lucky and get something that is doable. This time was the worst. Not only was the waiting area uncomfortable from all the sun blaring through the glass windows, but it was HOT. We waited about 25 minutes and even had to stand for a few, yes they were busy. I didn't really mind waiting, the kids were off today. The problem was two of the three women working. One was calm and smiling while the two that helped my husband and I were frazzled. The girl who cut my hair talked NON STOP, giggling and told me about (for the third time) her family in NY. All I wanted was a good haircut. I felt like she didn't focus on my hair at all. She kept answering the phone and talking to a few customers. I can except that because she is expected to do those things, but STOP TALKING and think about what you are doing. I hate small talk. My hair turned out poor, she was sloppy. i didn't get what I wanted which i showed her. I couldn't get a word in. My husband also said his stylist talked too much and was flaky. The crowd really stressed her out, you could tell. To to owner of this salon, GET SOME BLINDS, I know that it is a problem for a short time in the afternoon, but guy, how much would it cost to get some blinds? I don't expect much for the price, but this wasn't even worth what I paid. PLEASE tell your stylists to focus on what they are doing and stop with the chatter, most people would prefer it. I won't chance my hair again so I will be finding somewhere else. read more

I went in here last Saturday with my boyfriend. I asked for my hair to be chin length but it's up to my ears! It's an inch longer on one side. The stylist didn't ask me where I part my hair BEFORE she cut it so when she parted it where I normally part it, the hair is 1 1/2 inches shorter than the other hair on that side. I will never go back there. I could do a better job cutting my hair! read more

About a month after I posted my original review, I was contacted by the owner who offered to make right my experience. Although I do appreciate his level of professionalism to reach out and do whatever it takes to satisfy his customers, I don't feel comfortable sacrificing my hair to another one of his stylists. Perhaps this experience has allowed his staff to get more training. read more

I took my entire family here when I noticed their opening deal of just $3.99! I mean really, when you have a family of five this is a deal you cannot refuse! Well let me tell you...these were definitely $4 haircuts! I am pretty sure that the idea of the cheap haircuts was to gain clientele, and being how it is so close to home, you would have had a family of five who would have been there every few months (and who tips well) but unfortunately, we will not be back. Even down to my 13 year old son's haircut who was just a simple buzz, was completely jacked up looking! Long pieces left throughout his head and along his hairline. I actually had to go pay at another place to have all of our hair fixed! So even at $20 it actually made me loose money which I am not happy about. I do have to say that my daughter did get a decent haircut, her stylist was actually very knowledgeable and friendly. I do not recall her name but she was the manager on duty that day, and she is the only one that received a good haircut. Sorry folks, we will not be back. read more

I am a mother of 2 ; I have a 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter. We had been in the salon once during the summer; and then a few weeks ago while we were school shopping. I personally do not get my hair cut there but for kids , its cheap so even when they are not cut perfectly, it grows out quickly so its not a horrible deal. The only thing that realtly upsets me is when we went in both times, the girls do not look professional; 2 of them, not sure of their names, but had long dark hair and wore mini skirts . Although they were mostly covered, I don't find it an appropriate uniform, they look more as if they should be at a club working. When we walked in , one of the girls in the mini skirts was in a chair a few rows back curling her hair ignoring us and the other was sitting in the first chair lounging, she looked unkept. It took a good few minutes to even be recognized that we entered the salon, and it felt as though they would have rather we wouldn't have been there. I don't think even for my kids that we will be returning, you get what you pay for and this salon is so cheap and the attitudes of these young girls working there is so horrible. Maybe they should find some older adults to work there instead of votech students. I just felt we were bothering them as we entered . It felt like they dont really want to be there and make us feel unwelcomed. read more
