I had gotten my hair done years ago from another salon and they bleached and butchered my hair so I was so nervous to come to another salon to get it done. I made the effort to plan my day around this appointment and show up when I was supposed to, only to be turned away. What made the situation even worse was the way it was handled. There was no effort to accommodate me or provide a reasonable solution. As a customer, I expect a business to honor scheduled appointments--especially when the customer arrives on time. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on the way I was treated, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

I asked for simple curtain bangs and the stylist completely butchered the right side of my hair. She told me she was fresh out of cosmetology school and it honestly showed. The cut was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I asked for. It was so bad that I have been self conscious about my hair ever since. What makes it worse is that my hair has never been the same. I take very good care of my hair and it used to grow evenly and healthy. Three years later and that section still has not grown back properly. I have had to style around it constantly and it has been extremely frustrating. I trusted this salon and left feeling upset and embarrassed. If you care about your hair at all, I would strongly reconsider booking with a level 1 stylist here. Saving money is not worth dealing with damage that lasts for years.
