There was no effort to accommodate me or provide a reasonable solution. As a customer, I expect a business to honor scheduled appointments--especially when the customer arrives on time. Was my first time there and you have to know what your looking for otherwise you might just miss it. I scoped out a few days before my appt. They have four painted parking spaces; however, one has a third of the parking space taken up by a dumpster. The next two are fine and the last space is for handicap parking. You can park across the street in a secure parking lot but then you have to cross McCullough Avenue. It wasn't a problem for me as far as problems go, but McCullough Avenue is tricky when you're driving a car much less trying to cross the street ..... next time I'll wait across the street and pull into a parking space as soon as it opens up. For me, because I'm 65 years young, it's the best solution.

I asked for simple curtain bangs and the stylist completely butchered the right side of my hair. She told me she was fresh out of cosmetology school and it honestly showed. The cut was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I asked for. It was so bad that I have been self conscious about my hair ever since. What makes it worse is that my hair has never been the same. I take very good care of my hair and it used to grow evenly and healthy. Three years later and that section still has not grown back properly. I have had to style around it constantly and it has been extremely frustrating. I trusted this salon and left feeling upset and embarrassed. If you care about your hair at all, I would strongly reconsider booking with a level 1 stylist here. Saving money is not worth dealing with damage that lasts for years.

What made matters worse is that they do not accept walk-ins, which would be fine if they were actually responsive. I called three separate times and not a single call was answered. No callback, no communication, nothing. Because I couldn't get through to anyone, I had no choice but to go there in person just to ask about appointment availability--only to be told they don't take walk-ins. The lack of basic customer service and communication is unacceptable. If you expect people to schedule ahead, the least you can do is answer your phone. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless you have a lot of time and patience to deal with the hassle.
