When I called I very specifically explained the length and texture of my hair as well as the style I wanted (long, flowing "Kardashian-like beach waves). I again very specifically asked if someone in the salon was experience with this type of styling and could do this. The woman on the phone assured me she would do a great job at it. So when I arrived this past Saturday for my appointment I was expecting nothing less than what I was promised. Before she got started I showed her a picture of the style I was going for and clearly explained to her that my hair does not hold a curl well at all. So she would need to use the appropriate product to ensure it would hold throughout the days festivities. She neglected to put any product in and turned on a curling iron that looked like it had 10 years of corrosion on it. At this point my options were limited so I just went with it and hoped for the best. She curled my whole head and the when I gave her the clip to put in the crown part she had a horrible time clipping it and had to call over another stylist to help because her hands were too sweaty. I know because she told and showed me. The two of them tried for 10 minutes to clip the top of my hair. The finished product looks like a bumpy mess that I ultimately ended up completely redoing. All the curls fell out within 2 hours and I had to redo the back curls completely before the reception. Bottom line, the out of date stylists are on the same level as a Best Cuts, low-end salon that should be limited to shampoo & sets on little old ladies. Worst $40 I've ever spent. Could have done a better job myself.

I had sort of a hair emergency (LOL) and I needed a quick style so that is why I bought the wig. I never wear wigs. The wig was cheap and I only wore it once to attend a function.
