I thought for sure I was in CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER when it looked like my appointment was not on their schedule. I was getting FRANTIC that SABRINA, a WORKING GIRL might not be able to cut my hair. Fortunately they did have my appointment, a Kristen was able to take me in, the FIREWALL had not blocked my email, my PARANOIA was not founded. And nobody even implied the mix-up was my fault I was PRESSUMED INNOCENT. They said customers are not THE EXPENDABLE ones, we have to treat them like STARS. WARS with them will not do us any good. The décor is different, possibly designed by COWBOYS. ALIENS could have played a hand in a few places, but I am not sure. It also has French, Italian, and some AMERICAN GRAFFITTI on the walls which does not really fit in. The front windows really should have screens in summer for THE MOSQUITO. COAST types of decorations might be a nice added touch, they would tie in with TV's for sports, especially with PATRIOT GAMES on, because they are from the shore and your know they are going to the Super bowl this year. Now that Oakland is out anyway, stupid RAIDERS. I was a WITNESS to some issue with another customer, apparently something REGARDING HENREY , but, like before, they went to EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES in CROSSING OVER to see things from his, the customer's, side. It was almost APOCALYPSE NOW but they quickly calmed things down. There was one other guy named Enders but he had been there before and they knew ENDER"S GAME, so easily dealt with him. To pass the time waiting I just played a RANDOM HEARTS card game on my iPhone. Watching football would have been nice, but we covered that already. There was a lady who let her little monster run around like crazy. I don't know what the AGE OF ADALINE was, but she needed a time out for sure. Finally they called 42, it was my turn, my hair was so long I felt like a FUGATIVE, so the BLADE RUNNER threw my hair was needed. However I found out that WHAT LIES BENEATH is THE DEVIL"S OWN grey hair. In one town of LA grey hair causes the HOLLYWOOD HOMICIE rate alone to increase by %25. But these folks here are real HEROES, they have a solution. If the grey is really bad, they can sell you a wig from K19. THE WIDOW MAKER, a heart attack, might hit someone you know if they see you with a crazy wig on. If you do have to go to a funeral, I agree with the advice of the folks at Hair Force One, and bring a MORNING GLORY, they are a more upbeat flower, which I think is nice. If the EMTs get there quick enough, they might be able to use the shock paddles, THE FORCE AWAKENS dead people sometimes. But GETTING STRAIGHT after a heart attack from a crazy wig is THE CONVERSATION nobody wants to have. Some guy named ZAMBRISKIE POINT ed that out after he joked about how the wig could be used as A TIME FOR KILLING Seriously though, Kristen did an awesome job and her salon is great. She worked for a different salon back then, and my first experience with her was an updo for my junior year prom. Since that day, I've gotten my hair cut by Jen more than anyone else. Why do I continue to have a hairdresser in Brainerd, MN, when I live in St. Paul, you might ask. Well, it's because she's that good. Whether I want her to give me long layers or chop off all my locks, perm me or give me a cool updo, I'd choose Jen over any alternative! She has a gift with hair in general, but I also love her because she has no problem working with my thick, crazy-wavy hair. I even converted my mother to using Jen - versus "whoever happens to be available when I need a haircut" - AND she uses product now. My mom. Product. I get to the store and there's 2 stylists doing nothing and only 1 person waiting. I'm 6th in "line" because apparently online check-in works for some people and not others... The stylists take about 5 minutes to screw off and finally clean up the hair on the floor. During this time, someone walks in. They take the other guy waiting first and then the guy who just walked in. The other stylist is finishing up, and I'm the only one waiting again, so I start hoping maybe my wait is over. No luck, as she's cleaning up, 2 more people walk in. I'll take my business elsewhere FOR GOOD. The haircuts here are just ok anyway.

They made us call people to get to the venue earlier that day because they were rushing the bride to get both jobs done before noon. Couldn't ask for touch ups cause we were told we're on a limited time line but was told we had and signed till 1:30pm. Makeup artist left at 10:30am to get to the next wedding. Couldn't recommend less. Be ready to pay for your own fake lashes and provide your own mascara and lipstick.

The lady who greeted me was mot necessarily friendly but informed me that they only have 2 employees now and that is why they close at 4. I made an appointment for 3pm to get my eye brows waxed. Arrived about 10 minutes early and there was a hand written note saying emergency closure.... Noone bothered to call me to let me know my appointment would be cancelled. I'm really thinking the owners of this particular franchise need to think about there customer service and staff.
