I am 63 years old and my hair was past the middle of my back, that is AFTER I cut about 8 inches myself. I was looking for a shorter easily to style cut and when they couldn't get me in on Saturday, THE OWNER stepped up and said he will do my hair and WOWOWOWOWOWOW. For the first time in SOOOOOO long I an ecstatic about my hair. exactly what I was looking for. they may be a bit pricey but for what they can do for your hair IT IS WORTH every penny. !!! I wish I knew how to upload my new hair style but I do not. my only regret is that they didn't take a before and after picture... My hair is so soft and smooth... (The old location now houses Ivett's Dominican Barber Shop.) The new location is in a plaza with Get Nailed, Papa John's, JR Cricket's and Massage Envy. They are in the parking lot of Kohl's at that intersection of Austell Rd and EW Connector. They new spot is lovely with more space and more shampoo bowls. I also like the convenience of being able to pop next door for a mani / pedi before or after my shampoo. I don't wear lashes, but I found out they now offer lashes and brow tinting though I think it might be by appointment only right now. According to the business card she gave me, the new hours are Tue - Sat 9:30am - 5:30pm. Sun closed. Mon by Appt only.

The lady who cut my hair cut extremely to much after I had asked her not too. The owner on the other hand was very rude she wouldnt talk to me directly she would use another lady to pass the message to while we were all standing pretty close to each other, that should've been my sign not to sit in her chair. I also didnt say anything in the moment because I just wanted to run out and cry.

My hair color was a train wreck, and I really wanted to go out for my birthday that night feeling confident with a new, bold look. I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED to say that Master Stylist Vivian, Lily, Anthony and Danielle all made my dream a reality. The photos show the absolutely CRAZY transformation of my hair under these skilled stylists. Instead of wanting to put a bag over my head, I am over the moon when I look in a mirror now. Vivian has been doing hair since the 1980s, and she is truly a GENIUS. She was careful, ensuring that the bleach did not fry my hair, and she had the best ideas. It was a long process, of course, but worth all of the hours in her chair. If you need a hair miracle or a color correction like I did, I HIGHLY recommend Vivian and her team at Salon Arcaro without any hesitation. She KNOWS her trade, and she's TRULY a Master of hair ‼

As a woman beauty is essential to our well-being. I've been wearing my hair loced (also referred to…read moreas dredlocks) for 11 years. As a new resident in the area, finding a new stylist is always a daunting task. It has only been five months since learning about this location and my third visit here. I have nothing but awesome things to say about the owners (husband and wife who are mature, distinguished and versed in the entrepreneurial service industry) and the friendliness and professionalism of the barbers and stylists. The set up is one conducive to being able to service men, woman, and children alike. It's always clean, the temperature is always perfect to suit the outside weather conditions, and all of the stations have operable equipment (which if you know anything about the salon industry some people don't put monies back into their business to keep it looking in top shape). Well Locs & Lineups keep their establishment well maintained! There are plenty of seats for waiting for your turn, several hooded dryers, and a few shampoo bowls with recliner style seating for the ultimate shampoo experience ever! They have cable, with a couple of wall mounted TV's that are positioned for everyone in the open area to see what's on simultaneously. There is a kitchen area in the back and a restroom that is always clean and well-lit. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming and the people are friendly. It is located in a strip mall with several other thriving businesses along the walkway. If you get hungry while here, there are great eateries as close as right next door (along with a popular coffee shop and sub shop within the same parking lot). I'm happy to come here for services and I bring two of my children here for loc maintenance services as well. I don't see me having to look any further for a natural hair stylist for as long as I remain in the area. And if I ever moved a ways from here, I would still bring my business to Lavern as folk in the Black community know that a trusted and good hair stylist is hard to find!
