This has been my experience at all their locations. Most recently, I was heading back to Wisconsin for a family wedding. Long story short- I had car issues and Nelson's was the first call I made. They told me to bring it by and looked at it immediately. They were so kind, quick to act, and empathetic--I truly felt seen and valued. It doesn't matter if it is a different problem if I still need my 4+ year old battery changed. He didn't care that it was old, he was convinced it was this other problem. He wouldn't even let me set up an appointment to get a new battery installed and instead referred me to youtube videos on this other problem that he was convinced my car had. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced and it was just over the phone. I couldn't imagine what it would be like in person. I would not go here.
