Its one that comes off from the top of the car and I didnt see anyone in there. Usually they pull your air filter and try to sell you a new cabin filter. I got nothing. When he told me he was going to direct me out, he hadnt given me a receipt or a new sticker. I went back with my other car, and went into a different bay. They were training someone new and he did everything, but I did have to ask him to fill the tires. Theres a new place in town I think I will try next time.

I entered through the garden center and walked to the auto center, still no one there. I called the auto center- no one picked up the phone. I did some shopping and walked back later- a Walmart employee was behind the counter/ no other customers. I asked about my 1pm appt. I was ignored, I asked again and acknowledged, but not helped. Showed up today and was told my appointment was at 2:30, despite having two emails to the contrary. Bottom line, you have been warned. After my vehicle was inspected and work completed I am adding additional information to my post. I feel that their service/evaluation was thorough, and their communication throughout the process was exemplary. They are going to do follow up work on my brakes and I will see how that goes. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, and I think they deserve a second chance at a first impression based on how they handled the scheduling error, and their word-of-mouth reputation.

Then on two occasions I brought my vehicle in for service before taking road trips and got stuck a thousand miles from home when something broke that they should have fixed. The first time, I was driving to Colorado and the car quit when I reached the Rockies. Turns out the air filter hadn't been cleaned or replaced. When I returned home, I told Happy's what had happened and their explanation was that the filter got dirty between home and Colorado, and they hadn't done anything wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and a few months later got my brakes done before a trip to New York. By the middle of Pennsylvania, the brakes were squeaking and pulsating so badly that I had to limp to a local garage that my sister recommended. They redid the job for about 2/3 the cost of what I'd paid Happy's. That was when I decided to take my business elsewhere.
