I asked them if they used oem parts. They said no. When doing my own research I found that the parts they quoted me on were more expensive than oem. (Always use OEM). Her car was taken to another oil change place that severily overtightened the oil pan drain plug causing the car to leak A LOT of oil. But I called Deal's on the morning of the 4th, and explained the situation, and not only were they open, they were able to see me right away and check out the car, despite it being a national holiday. Fortunately, it was a minor problem and they were able to fix it and reassure me. They only charged me a small fee and I was on my way, and the car was fine the rest of the trip! Road trip saved.
