When you pull up to the shop, you are greeted by an employee and let them know what services you need done on your car. Then, just sit back and relax on the bench outside or the interior seating area. From beginning to end, service was friendly and courteous. The staff thoroughly explained the services to be performed, keep you updated on the job progress, expected time of completion, and gave recommendations on repairs to be done. They get your approval before proceeding with any repairs. With many competitors in the area, they are the most honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
