I came in for an oil change in your facility and was told that after my oil change my drain plug was stripped. but company policy is if my drain is stripped or damaged in anyway you don't change it. Before coming I had no oil leaks or anything wrong with leaking oil never had that problem but all of a sudden I come to get an oil change and my drain plug stripped. I don't appreciate the service and the workers could've been more nicer. read more

Never in my life will I ever make the mistake of trusting these filthy scumbags to perform what I was led to believe was a "basic oil change" on my vehicle! So pissed that I'm finding out now the evil Carl Winslow look-alike salesman who was so pushy almost swindled me into getting my "rear diff" serviced, despite that I've now been told by a reputable mechanic I DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE! I should have known not to waste my time at this dump when I pulled up and nobody bothered to consult with me regarding my service for about 5 min. Finally the guy who was holding the sign out by the road casually strolled up to my window and subjected me to an explicative-laden rap song playing from his cell phone. I asked him to turn it down and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Then Carl approached me. He was rude, pushy and made me feel under attack for not knowing what year model my car was! I should've just left for a second time but I figured why not get it over with since I'd sat in the parking lot for so long waiting while the workers chatted up what looked to be one of their buddies. Boy do I regret THAT decision! He told me my "rear diff" was in need of service, and clearly wasn't very knowledgeable about the service when I questioned him about it. OMG! I will NEVER return to this business after such pathetic service. Too bad they got rid of the nice people that worked here the last time I visited back during the summer. read more

This pit stop use to be a great shop for car maintenance service for me at least 8 years. Then, I came in for my usual pensoil platinum oil change and filter. And been a regular customer in the neighborhood, I also got a 10 percent discount. All nice for the moment. A new evening shop manager handled my order when I drove in. Everything seem to be going well. The workers were all new faces though. I just new nothing should go wrong. But, It did. The white guy changing the oil put in six qtrs.of oil in my four-cylinder engine instead of 4. It nearly caused the seals to break had I not checked for myself right-a-way after I left the business, and discovered what he did. I returned and told the shop manager in his office, he walked with me to check and found it to be true. But the manager smiled and act like he was not surprised. The young workers were calling him 'Mr.. Boss man'. He ordered the worker to removed some oil to a level slightly below the maximum fill line. He did that and it was rechecked for safety reason. I was released and drove off. I thought I can not start dealing with Jiffy Lube, since they let their workers do bad work. I am really afraid to return for service. I can not afford their mistakes anymore. They have computer, catalogs, and experience service techs available to find answers to all questions concerning automobile maintenance and proper procedures used to do the job right -- their workers should ask someone when they do not know how to perform the maintenance task. It is not acceptable quality by the customer for you to guess how to do your work. read more
