I had a coupon for $25 off my oil change, I reminded the young man several times. When 5hey finished and it was time for me to pay, the attendant tells me my total is $70+; I ended up reminding him several times before I gave him my payment. The new crew needs more training in customer service, needs to do a better job when engaging with a customer. Not sure what happened with previous team members but the new crew needs more training. I will not be returning to get my next oil change to Valvoline. Very dissatisfied with the service, I'll be changing to somewhere else for my next oil change. I use Valvoline Oil for more than 10 years, I'm very disappointed to have to go somewhere else ‍‍

I sadly did not pay attention to any of this. My oil change light was not reset there, as often times Time It does not reset it, now I can understand why they 'forget'. And of course, In 3000 miles I return to another oil change facility due to employee conduct at Time It. -everyone has bad days, I don't want to dog on the employee here, but when entering the stall to get another oil change the employee of the second oil change facility informs me synthetic doesn't need replacement but every 6000miles. So, what I'm getting at here, is maybe try another place before going here.

After shaking their heads and saying the tire might have to be replaced they ended up fixing the punctured one in an hour and for what seemed to me to be an amazingly reasonable price. I couldn't find any on yelp and thought I might have to drive to nearby town when I saw this place. All they guys were nice (Dwane, Chase, & Cole) and it only took 15 mins. The only reason I took off a star was for price. Mine ended up being 52.99 for the change and then an additional 7.75 for oil. The sign says Starts -at 34.99 up to five quarts of oil. I just would have appreciated the heads up on the additional cost. Using synthetic oil I understand a little more charge for the oil but the oil change is the same. When I walk out of the dealership for an oil change with synthetic oil cost + taxes and all, it only cost me 56.70. I will use these guys again if in town.

I explained what was going on and for a fee (about the cost of a tow truck ) the mechanic came to me and got the car into good enough shape to get to their shop. Once at the shop they worked on the truck quickly. I had the truck back that same day. The repairs were explained to me as well as the cost break-down. Repair costs are never inexpensive but I would say that the price I paid was fair. In my opinion, this is a shop with an extremely knowledgable mechanic, fair prices, and quick service. Overall, it was a friendly and professional experience. I will bring my truck back when future work is needed. Thank you to the business, they were great!
