I thought Grease Monkey was fair. They certainly had a high volume of cars going through the same time I was there. All bays had at least 3 cars outside waiting for servicing. I recall them pulling the $15 cabin air filter and telling me it was $50+- to which I disinclined to acquiesce; instead telling the tech to put it back. I get it- that's their extra little boost on the sale- but that's too much. So I simply picked one up on the way home. They also pulled on the wipers to check their status, topped off the radiator and wiper fluid. They were quick and efficient. The manager, running the cash register certainly had her arms full with all the people crowded into the waiting area! I'm sure they all went home exhausted at the end of the day. Brought my vehicle for an oil change and said my oil pan was broken. Got it replaced and was a brand new part. Came back for the oil change and the mechanic who was servicing my vehicle broke a part off and came to me and said "oil pan is broken." I fought and said it was a brand new part and when I demanded my part back, they wouldn't give me the piece that belongs to me and my vehicle and the manager was so unprofessional and said they needed to keep it for legal reasons. Don't come here when any moment they can damage your vehicle and claim it was already damaged. read more

I wouldn't trust them with anything especially your car. I took my car for an oil change and specifically asked just for an oil change. Some worker decided to remove my air cabin filter and ever since it's been having a noise. They say because the cabin filter was too dirty. But prior to that everything was fine. The manager is a big time rude ass. Again don't come here. read more

They didn't tighten the oil filter and I have been adding oil to it since and went back and did nothing to make it right they will not be getting my fleet anymore and still charged me $187 read more

I stopped in at Grease Monkey on a Friday in Lehigh Acres and I can't even express what amazing service I received! The way I was greeted from the moment I walked through the door was exceptional! To the front desk. They answered all my questions about my vehicle and I felt like I walked out of there with 5+ service. Didn't feel pressured to do any service I didn't want to do knowing it's their job to introduce things to you that may need to be done now or the future. I debated on writing a review, but I decided to in order to ensure Grease Monkey is more attentive. I got my oil change and went out of town (2 hours away). My car started making a weird sound by the time I arrived at my location out of town. When I got to my location, I opened the hood to check the issue. The employee had forgotten to install the cap back on and oil had spilled everywhere, absolutely everywhere. I'm lucky my engine didn't catch on fire. I had to buy oil to be able to get back into town. It took almost the whole jug of oil. I of course called them, and the manager Philip was apologetic and told me to pass by when I got back so that he could ensure they rectify the problem. I did go back twice and neither time was Philip there even though they told me he would be. Either way, they did redo my oil change and cleaned the spilled oil as much as they could. I am scared my car will have issues in the long run. Now I'm probably going to have to have the engine cleaned to avoid any issues. Grease Monkey, please do better. read more

I'd give this place negative stars if I could! They STOLE TYLENOL from the glove box meaning they went through the car AND STOLE $2 from the center console of my daughter's car!! It's not about what they stole, its the principle of the matter. What kind of desperate junkies do they hire to steal Tylenol and a couple single bills?? They also got mad she didn't want a new air filter cause she had just replaced it so the tech just jammed it back in messing it up. You couldn't pay me to let anyone there touch my car!! read more

My son stopped in because he was having engine trouble. The manager Phil said the car was not worth fixing, and the engine was blown and he would buy the car for parts. He would give him 300.00 for it. Come to find out, the manager Phil lied and fixed the up for himself after he wrecked another car the day before. I have been going to this location for many years and will no longer be going there for any kind of work for any of my vehicles he can't be trusted, and here's the kicker. My Daughter works with Phil, so if he would do that to a coworker and her family, imagine what he'll try to do to a customer. I also let the owner know what kind of person that he has working for him. As long as he is employed there, I will find another place to have my oil changed. I can't say a bad word about anyone else who works for greasemonkey, but this guy Phil, don't trust him. read more

So this place was good when i went my first time and it was a good experience until one day i went for my oil change and they finished maintenance. So the next day i turn my car on and since it's a Toyota Corolla 2017 it says the same thing every time it needs an oil change. "Maintenance required.". So i thought it was nothing until i went to another auto shop and they told me it was in dire need of an oil change and i only drove it 3,000 miles... i'm actually disappointed about the poor work done to my car and i hope others don't get treated the same way i did. I am so upset right now the workers have lied to me and lied to me they said I needed a radiator cap not true, now my radiator smells all the time they did not fill my fluids.If you're a man do not let your woman go there alone because they will sell her everything they can I don't even want to give them one star I can't stand a liar read more

****Staff is rude to customers**** I waited for an oil change for an eternity. During oil change the tech tried to check my diff fluid without checking that it is a sealed system, causing my fluids to leak. Staff is rude, don't care about customers and are incompetent!!!! I often use grease monkey because they are honest with wait times and even know me by name. When I had a problem with my mustang they were honest and told me what was wrong and didn't charge me because they could not fix it. Sometimes there is a long line but there is a reason. Would recommend. read more

Called them yesterday, to see if they could mount and balance tires for my pickup....the girl had me talk to the asst. manager....he asked the make and model of my truck, he said sure, and to bring it today. When I got there, the manager came out and said no......while I was trying to tell him about the conversation I had yesterday,,,,,he was about as rude as you can be, and put his hands on his ears, and said he didn't want to hear it......will never go the again.....and am telling everyone I know about this very rude experience read more

Used grease monkey for the last two oil change's on wife's car. Changed oil myself yesterday, had to use a breaker bar to remove oil drain plug. This reaffirms why I change the oil myself. read more
