It's no longer a crazy overgrown jungle but a beautiful masterpiece that I love coming home to after a long day at the office. Chris' knowledge of what works best and what will look the best to achieve my vision has been quite remarkable and helpful to creating the landscape of our dreams. I can't wait to see what he and his crews have planned for our backyard fire pit, patio, as well as in the spring redo our driveway. I've seen some of their masonry work and I can't wait to see what the next phase will bring! I'm looking forward to working with Chris and his crew for years to come! if you can avoid doing business with this company you'd save yourself a headache. there are so…read moremany other companies you could choose out here on the North Fork who are better at customer service. I ordered a cord of wood. Paid in cash as they expect. That's fine. They delivered a little more than half a cord and refused to deliver the rest. despite it already being paid for. When they dropped the firewood, I told the driver it didn't look like a full cord. He insisted it was. When I stacked it, it was quite clear it was slightly more than a half cord. I called, was asked to send pics and measurements. I did. it was clear. Chris's response? I've been in business 35 years I don't make mistakes. And he's yelling. Because that's what you do to a dissatisfied customer. You yell . And you dont correct your error. You hang up on the customer. And in later convos he denies his earlier statements. Gaslighting. And yelling. Over a half a cord of wood. Cheating a customer for $130. Over his mistake. Class act. (Insert eye roll here) Avoid this guy. His ego makes him difficult to work with. I'm sure he has lots of friends who will write glowing reviews. Sure. Whatever.
