Native plants don't need fertilizers or even much water after they've settled into the right place, so you're not wasting money or resources. Wittendales has clearly labelled "LI Local" pots with blue and yellow stickers (think Swedish flag colors), along with posters, signs, and a binder with plant care tips. If you need help coordinating plants that play well together , I'm told their displays of color coordinated "companion plantings " will change as the growing season progresses.
