Our backyard looks like a swamp (a great breeding ground for mosquitoes). Two good things I can say is that the lot rent is the lowest we found (enough to put some of that back into fixing this park) and we have no problems with neighbors, everyone pretty much stays to themselves. This place could be so much better, how about some pride in park ownership? Maybe as a community we could get together and find ways to help our neighbors?

Management wants Credit Score of 640 or higher we were told by a lady salesperson there!! If our scores was that high, why wouldn't we just put the 10K cash down on a house!? Clincher is we have been paying $700.00/mo. for the past 8 years in our current apartment. Lot rent is only $400.00/mo. there. We were going to save the $300.00/mo. difference to help our scores! Saleslady was VERY judgmental, and made sure we knew SHE made the decisions.

Referred him to my daughter for apt. cleaning and Amiral destroyed her cast iron railing on her steps which has not been replaced for almost 2 years now. He keeps denying he backed into it blames girlfriend but he was seen doing the damage. I saw the other side of him as he lied over and over....kept having personal problems such as mother of his son smashing his cell phone, denying him to see child etc. No show, no call several times. Expected Stand with Us to be out of business. When he cleaned was very good but lack of accountability detracted from overall service. When I called him asking about the railing repair he got very hostile, swearing, denying etc and his politeness that had impressed me vanished quickly. I guess that was his true colors.

I've lived here for a few years now, nothing gets fixed, the property manager has "personal…read moreproblems" with tenants, as well as harasses and retaliates on tenants, breaking regular tenant laws/rights, as well as refusing to wear masks when coming to tenants doors, unannounced, during the pandemic, whrn masks were mandatory. They increase your rent by $30 - $35 yearly, there are no ammenities, maintenance workers have subpar knowledge and work ethic, and the basements, which according to the property manager are "dried in" constantly flood.......this is all on top of mold, no heat, water leaks that are not fixed, the property manager attempting to steal tenants' property, and maintenance workers intentionally damaging tenants' property. Heed my warning, steer clear of renting here, it's unbearable.
