For my first time there the food and service was great. They have a wide variety of options to choose from I had the fish sandwich which was very good and big enough for two people. Just moved here in July and Graziano's is the bomb! We love this place and are frequent guests. rarely leave a review but I had to explain mine and a friend's experience. We both ordered two different pasta dishes. Both dishes had a very bitter strong oregano flavor that over powered the meals. The bread was hard and crumbled like a crouton. The salad barely had salad. The manager finally made one meal no charge however i still had to pay for mine. I barely touched the pasta. Neither one of us will return there. Shame too. If the food was edible we would. I guess some of the other food items are good but why would i want to go back and try it? read more

As an environmental specialist that travels all over the East coast. This place was a spur of the moment stop. OMG!!! There is absolutely nothing on their menu that isn't smack you momma good. I hit this place for lunch and dinner. The food is AMAZING and the porting size is huge. If you leave there hungry you should just stay home. We eat out every Friday and decided to choose Graziano's this week. 1 of my children had the spaghetti and loved it. My other child ordered a single piece of pizza and it filled her up. I was looking forward to trying the food as I support locally owned establishments. Although I must say I do not know if they are locally owned. I ordered the eggplant parmasean. There was not much eggplant in the dish. However the eggplant was very tasty. The tomato sauce tasted as though it came straight from a jar or can. It was very bland. No flavor at all. To my surprise a salad was included with my "to go" order however when I ordered I was never asked about the type of salad dressing I would prefer. Overall I am very disappointed in the quality and taste of the meal. They should look at seasoning their tomato sauce. That would help. read more

We ordered from here pizza, spaghetti, and a sub. Honestly the worst pizza I ever tasted. Yes the slices are big but they taste like cardboard. Kinda like Putt Putt pizza. The spaghetti had no flavor and the chicken sub the chicken didn't taste real. It was soggy and the "chicken" was bland. The only reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because of the service. My waitress was great, kind, kept my glass full, & made recommendations. But the food... Honestly it was hands down the worst food I've ever had at a restaurant, and I'll even put fast food in that category. The salad was soggy, and not appealing at all. The roll actually was okay, the only decent part of the meal. The chick parm I got though was terrible, the chicken was chewy, the skin was slimey, the spaghetti sauce was bland and completely flavorless. My wife and I have been LOYAL customers of Graziano's since 2020, however today when coming to the counter to order I observed NO staff with mask. The young man up front making pizza's asked if I was picking up an order I stated I wanted to place an order. He went to the back of the cooking area to get someone to take my order. Exactly one minute later I was approached at the front by a white female dressed in black with her mask down under her chin. I placed my order and told her to have my sandwich toast I get the same sandwich evert time : Ham & Turkey with Provolone Cheese NO OIL & Vinegar. I stated to here the last three times I've been in I asked to have my sandwich toasted and when I got home the cheese was not melted and the sub not toasted. I gave her my CREDIT CARD to pay for my two sandwiches and put a Tip in the cup. She stated it would take approximately Five (5) minutes for my order. I asked her where could I set she said across from the counter because tables needed to be wiped down (never did any tables get waited down), The individual that took my order went to the cook area and loudly told the cooks that I was complaining about my sandwich not being toasted, their where six people in the cooking area with no mask all looked my way. One of the cooks with a Virginia Tech hat turned backwards on his head continued to glare in my direction. I placed my order at 12:50 pm, at 1:15pm, I asked her how long does it take to make two subs sandwiches, a lady came in and picked up her salad order as well as Door Dash or one of delivery services and their order was already done. Their was no one in the restaurant but me, I again, asked her she stated " the cook was under the impression this was a pick up order and that he hadn't started it. I told her you took my order you knew I was here, here reply was I'm sorry it'll take 5 minutes to have your order. First and foremost, I don't like being lied to and jerked around, also I observed him Virginia Tech Hat put Oil & Vinegar on my sandwich, I opened the sandwich in front of her hoping she would see it on my sandwich. I departed Graziano's at 1:30p.m., this is rude and unprofessional I called the store when I got home and complained when I was told they would have my name up front for a new sandwich. In conclusion, I spent $26.11, in your establishment today, being in Law Enforcement for 36 years before I retired and moved back to Virginia. I hope that me being an African American, wasn't a reason for this situation. But you can rest assure I nor my family or friends will place another order at your business. Interpersonal skills are a must when providing service to the public, as well as Honest, Integrity both are ingrained. Michael P. read more

Myself, my husband, and 2 young kids went here for dinner last night. A very friendly atmosphere... the staff is great! Reasonably priced, large portions! We came home with lots of leftovers! We had the penne chicken alfredo which was very rich and cheesy... just how I like it! My husband got the cheese steak sub and loved it. Our favorite part was DESSERT tho. Holy cow. The owner had made an array of fresh desserts that morning... cookie apple pie, choc cake, and bread pudding. We chose to go with the cookie apple pie. THEE BEST DESSERT IVE EVER HAD. Handsdown. It was so freaking good. And I'm not even a big apple pie person. I'm hoping they make it a regular dessert. I can't stop talking to my husband about how good it was!!! Overall, we loved this place. Great local Italian restaurant--very generous portions and very nice staff. The seating area is on the smaller side, so if you have a large party, definitely call ahead. Pizza: toppings were ABSOLUTELY fresh! Well placed and neither undercooked nor overcooked. The pizza was very good and good LOOKING although the crust was a bit of a disappointment but you'll have to excuse me on that one because I used to live in zip code 10035 (NYC). New Yorkers tend to smurk at any restaurant South of the New Jersey line that boasts New York style pizza because most of them cannot get the crust right. That has been a given until very recently. There are some southern pizzerias that are finally getting the crust right. Even though I wasnt fond of the crust, I still give this place the highest rating because of the people. The staff was very pleasant and the bathrooms were immaculate. I believe the people make the difference here and will supersede any shortcoming. I ordered a Caesar salad but my server came back with a house or tossed salad that had Caesar dressing. I don't suppose that was their Caesar salad because it did not have romaine lettuce nor parmesan on it. It had iceberg lettuce tomatoes green peppers onions cucumbers excetera. Nonetheless, the waitress was so pleasant and the ingredients of the salad were so fresh and good until I didn't even care. The people are certainly the asset to this place and I wish them luck especially since they are less than 500 yards from trio. Near the end of our stay, both of our drinks ran out and were empty for about 5 to 7 minutes. The only reason I mention this, is because there were no other tables at that time and of course I could have raised my hand or something. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. read more

Stopped by this place while traveling and let me say it was a treat! I had the 16" calzone and while most pizzerias skimp on the marinara (made daily) I was provided with an entire bowl and enough calzone for two more meals.
