Nice little Pizza spot!!
Ajay P.

I ordered 10 pizzas for 30 hungry guys and Marco's Pizza! Not only was their customer service excellent, but they were super friendly and accommodating too. The cinnamon sticks added a nice sweet touch to our savory meal. Best of all, they also provided plenty of plates and napkins to go along with it- bonus points for being thoughtful! My crew was definitely happy with the delicious pizza from this franchise. Five stars for Marco's Pizza! Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service!!!! Pizza is mediocre. I have never been to this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Once entering, greeted promptly. He was very friendly and patient. Lots of options on the menu. I decided on pizza. Regular ol' pepperoni. It was okay. I wish for more cheese and toppings....lol. The sauce is okay. Crust is okay. Not the best pizza but not the worst. I gave 5 stars because the customer service was awesome! Would I try this restaurant again, probably not, was not impressed with the meal.

I can't believe it took me so long to try Marco's with how close it is to me. I think a deterrent may have been that it was a chain, and usually I do Pizza Hut or Papa John's if I want chain pizza; however, I was so impressed with the quality of my pizza from here! It's a little big thicker with fluffier than other places, which is a huge plus in my opinion! Check the photos for a better idea. The crust is also the best I've had of any pizza chain, and the importance of crust is extremely underrated. This location in particular was accurate to what was ordered and had prompt delivery. Highly recommend!

The pizza was delicious and the guy who helped me offered to make my pizza a large for the same price since they had a special going. The guy working was by himself but very pleasant and efficient. I saw him make 5 pizzas while I waited about 15 mins for my walk in order as well as answering the phone and checking customers out. The cheese bread was loaded up and the pizza sauce is also really good. For a chain pizza place I was satisfied and the experience was not as bad as these reviews are trying to make it seem. It's a a bunch of high school kids making pizza, not fine Italian dinning but great food nonetheless.

The worst and most expensive pizza I have ever bought. Gooey crust. Raw onions and green peppers. Canned mushrooms. Never again!

An overwhelmingly, poorly run restaurant. I had heard great things about Marcos in other states, but wow - this one missed the mark.

Just finding this gem after five years in Lynchburg…read more As others have pointed out, this restaurant is tucked away in the corner of an even more out-of-the-way quiet shopping strip, so you can easily drive by and never see it. True Sicilian owned and run trattoria where there is a wide ranging menu of American and Italian specialties. We stuck with the Italian and some apps for the little ones. Apps come out quick and are decently sized which is great when you have two kids. The mac & cheese was homemade and not the boxed stuff - and my youngest tore into it and was literally wearing it all over his face - he loved it. We also had bruschetta, which was house made and excellent except it was served on sicilian pizza dough - would loved to have had real italian bread for that. Italian meals were shrimp parm and my wife had the seafood special (sort of a marechiara) and both were excellent. Sauce is good, maybe a tad too sweet for me, but good nonetheless. We had a lot of food and even with that we finished with spumoni ice cream - which I haven't had in years. Serving was huge and we all shared it. Service was adequate - the waiter had no clue what things are in Italian and needs to work on that, but otherwise all good. We walked out fat and happy. Definitely going back. Large parking lot in front.

So an $11.00 8" sub turns into a $14.00 8" sub alone. No doubt he is making a lot of money by doing this, unless there are regular customers who have become aware that he charges extra, and avoid adding these cheap toppings, that should automatically come with the sub. I've never been anywhere before where they charged a $1.00 for Iceberg Lettuce. The place also smells disgusting, with cheap vile chemical cleaners flowing up your nostrils as soon as you enter. No way could I ever eat there. I've read a few other reviews where customers have noticed that this same older man (owner) has overcharged customers before, by ringing up different prices versus the menu prices, with them vowing never to return, as it did not go unnoticed like he foolishly believes or most likely, does NOT care. The older man (owner) also charges a 3% fee for using a credit card, which is absolutely greedy as hell. I made sure I took cash when I purchased the sub, as I knew this ahead of time, while walking in one other previous time one year before, just to purchase a cannoli for my daughter. Never again will I eat here. BE WARNED!

What I received did not have powdered sugar on them. It was cinnamon sugar. Basically these were more like smooth churros. I can't speak to anything else on the menu, so I'll keep it at a 3 star.

I had a pizza before and wasn't the most impressed, but I was willing to give them another try. Craving a salad tonight I decided to order and I'm so glad I did! The large chef salad is huge and packed! Tons of meat and cheese, literally a whole hard-boiled egg, four slices of tomato, multiple slices of cucumbers, etc. There were also 2 large cups of ranch and the ranch was just as amazing! This quite possibly the best chef salad I've had in over 20 years. It really took me back! It's so big I can easily get 2 meals from it. I added a pic under the photos so be sure to check it out. The price was even quite affordable. The only thing I could possibly think would make this better was if they cooked their own bacon, but the bacon bits on the salad were all real and great quality. None of the cheap stuff or artificial bacon bits. I also ordered the cheese bread to have a little something extra with the salad. I was thinking it was going to be cheesy bread sticks maybe, or one of those oval shaped breads covered in cheese. This is actually much bigger and about the size of medium pizza. There is plenty of cheese on it and the olive oil and garlic really put this cheese bread on another level. The crust tastes like pizza crust and the flavor is incredible. I had a large cup of marinara and it is also really good. Everything was exceptional, including the temperature, time, and service. And it may sound odd but the utensils included were also great quality, very durable. I could easily cut up the veggies and meats without concern the utensils would snap. I will most certainly be regularly visting Vitales and ordering this same meal. It's so good I don't know how I could go and not get the same thing. I'm telling everyone I know. Run, don't walk and you can thank me later!

A unique and interesting take on pizza…read more This pizza is served on what I call a "cracker crust"... Like thin crust pizza, but much crispier. The crust is a little tough and requires quite a bit of extra chewing, which I was not prepared for. Nevertheless, it was pretty good. I ordered the southern barbecue pizza without bacon. It included brisket, chicken, corn, red onions, and a drizzle of barbecue sauce. Unfortunately, the chicken was unseasoned. I think the pizza would have tasted would have tasted better with a little seasoning on the chicken. However, the star of my dinner was the Downeast Caramel Apple cider on tap. However good you think it sounds, it tastes SO much better than that. If you happen to be near this restaurant during the last few weeks of fall, you HAVE to try this. As a matter of fact, if you see this cider at ANY bar or restaurant you're at, you must try it. Absolutely amazing! My server did an incredible job being pretty much the only server on the floor in a mostly packed restaurant. The bartender was on the floor waiting tables as well but between the two of them, they did an incredible job. Overall, this wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but after a long day of travel, it hit the spot.
