Once they made a mistake on my order, and had to remake one of my pies (they recognized it before I even arrived). My pickup time was delayed as a result. I've been going to Bulls Steakhouse for 20 plus years. I have never had a bad filet . The service has always been great, and their bulls margarita is the best ever! I ordered 10 pizzas for 30 hungry guys and Marco's Pizza! Not only was their customer service excellent, but they were super friendly and accommodating too. The cinnamon sticks added a nice sweet touch to our savory meal. Best of all, they also provided plenty of plates and napkins to go along with it- bonus points for being thoughtful! Excellent customer service!!!! Pizza is mediocre. I have never been to this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Once entering, greeted promptly. He was very friendly and patient. Lots of options on the menu. I decided on pizza. Regular ol' pepperoni. It was okay. I wish for more cheese and toppings....lol. The sauce is okay. Crust is okay. I can't believe it took me so long to try Marco's with how close it is to me. I think a deterrent may have been that it was a chain, and usually I do Pizza Hut or Papa John's if I want chain pizza; however, I was so impressed with the quality of my pizza from here! It's a little big thicker with fluffier than other places, which is a huge plus in my opinion! Check the photos for a better idea. The crust is also the best I've had of any pizza chain, and the importance of crust is extremely underrated. This location in particular was accurate to what was ordered and had prompt delivery. Always great service and great pizza!! As in any business you're gonna get a bomb at some point, depending on who is making it. I ordered my pizza online tonite but called them to let them know last time I ordered ingredients were very shy from the crust and asked that they make sure to spread it all out so cheese, etc. is out to the crust! I didn't want to sound like a Karen and thought it didn't hurt to ask. Even with the Superbowl going on, and I'm sure they are slammed, the guy who I spoke with was so helpful and kind! I placed an order for a garden salad and the eight piece boneless wings. The salad was just fair, but the real problem was with the wings! I found THREE long (2 in) black hairs in my wings! The pizza was delicious and the guy who helped me offered to make my pizza a large for the same price since they had a special going. The guy working was by himself but very pleasant and efficient. I saw him make 5 pizzas while I waited about 15 mins for my walk in order as well as answering the phone and checking customers out. The cheese bread was loaded up and the pizza sauce is also really good. For a chain pizza place I was satisfied and the experience was not as bad as these reviews are trying to make it seem. Marco's serves one of the best gluten free pizzas in town but you may want to consider taking out a loan before purchasing one. In the world of chain pizzerias, I would give them 3, maybe 4 stars, but my incident yesterday left me with a bad taste in my mouth for them. I ordered hours ahead of time for a pickup, and when I arrived, my order was wrong (it was a gluten-full pizza rather than the gluten free I ordered). The cashier was fairly apologetic and informed me that it would be 15 minutes until the right pie was prepared. I waited and got it, along with another pizza for a friend; not only did they not offer any reparation, they added the additional charge from regular to gluten free. I walked out of Marcos with a small and medium pizza, $26 less dollars, and the assurance that the corporate value of "hospitality" on the back of their t-shifts was just a bunch of hot air. read more

I would give marco's negative stars if possible. Our first and only experience here was horrible. I called in and gave them my order. It was like pulling teeth to get the girl to understand our simple only half pepperoni order. Once finished she quotes us 15 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and was told it's be another 10. Then when he checked they said another 10. At this point we were starving and would've eaten just about anything after a long day. The pizza was so awful we threw most of it away. The sauce is incredibly acidic and the cheese tastes like plastic. Needless to say we will never order from here again. Went to Marco's late one evening and had amazing service! The guy was super nice and attentive. The pizza was some of the best take out I have had. The crust was cooked to perfection and had a nice golden glow. The pizza had onions on it that weren't cooked all of the way which threw me off, but one bite and I actually loved the crunch. Between 3-1/2 and 4 stars, so I went with 4. Ordered using the website (currently there is no app), got a straightforward pepperoni pizza. Order was ready when I arrived. The person at the counter was friendly and quickly took care of the order. The pizza was alright, nothing that stood out from middle of the road chains. Not as good as the two big name chains (I like PJ better). There are local options that are much better. Next time I'll try a sub to see what they are like. I just tried to give Marco's Pizza some business, but decided that it wasn't worth it. My kids stated they wanted Pizza after church. I looked up Marco's Pizza, their hours on Sunday say they open at 11am - it was 12:15 when I called. I tried calling her 3 times and no one would answer the phone. It's on my way home, so I was trying to order for carry out. I pulled in and there was delivery cars outside, but the open sign wasn't lit and there was a lock on the door (the ones similar to the ones placed on a door when a house is for sale). I get out the door to read the white piece of paper on the door to see if they've closed down or something. It just said their updated hours. I walk in and there are 2 staff members inside. I come in contact with a lady that appeared pregnant. I informed her that I tried to call 3 times and the open sign is not on. I had my phone out because I was going to process an order online before pulling into the parking lot. The girl completely ignored me and then said, "huh, what did you say?" I repeated myself. She never said anything to me, rolled her eyes and cut the sign on. I stood there got a second and she didn't say anything, so I left. Like so many others, I work hard for my paycheck and I'm not going to spend money somewhere that I disrespected for no reason. The food is delicious, their delivery is prompt, and, now that I've experienced it, their service at the restaurant itself is courteous and completely what you would expect.
