This summer we had Steve, the owner, come back again and advise us regarding issues we had with our sunroom. Rather than demolition of the structure and and starting from scratch, Steve advised us to have new doors and gutters installed and the roof resurfaced with a rubber membrane which ended up saving us thousands of dollars since there was little demo involved and the original structure was utilized effectively. The project went so well that we asked him to replace the windows, as well. Our room looks fantastic, and we are getting compliments from everyone who sees it. We are so pleased with his workmanship, his crew, and all the products that we are having him come back to install a new Seamless Steel Roof!! 5 star work all the way around.

Four Seasons completed construction on a sunroom to replace our old screened-in back porch back in…read moreNovember of last year. We've held off posting a review of the work because we wanted to see how things held up over time. Now the verdict is in. We had our porch screened-in about 15 years ago, but our backyard is steeply sloped and there were flooding problems from the beginning. Combine that with the nuclear fallout level pollen that we deal with in this part of the South, along with the extreme heat during the summer, and what you have is a great idea - a place to enjoy nature during - but only during a portion of the year. A sunroom was always a dream, but it seemed out of reach due to costs. We finally bit the bullet and went to see Ryan at Four Seasons after a home show display, and he came up with a way to make it workable for us. The weather last fall was about the worst possible for construction, so things took a little longer than expected, but Mickey, Josh, and their crews were efficient and professional and completed the work as quickly as possible. They kept us up to date on everything they were doing and made sure that if we had any concerns that they would be dealt with immediately as construction progressed. They were meticulous, making sure everything was done to plan and to spec, and had a good relationship with the inspectors to ensure that things moved along at a proper pace. The materials used were first rate, and after five months of use, it's safe to say they're going to hold up over the long term. There was an additional bonus - we had additional work done in the backyard with the construction of a new patio to deal with those long-standing flooding problems. They worked well with the outside contractor, and the two parties made sure that the side-by-side projects blended well together. The bottom line is that the sunroom is everything they said it would be. It has completely changed the feel of the house, giving us additional room when the grandkids come over. The patio furniture no longer turns bright green in the spring, the cats don't track all that pollen around the house, and the specially constructed and tinted glass keeps the sunroom from turning into a furnace during the heat of the day. It's turned into our favorite room and is used every day. It was money well spent.

Of the 3 screens installed, all at one time or another have failed to stay on track and have to stay in the up position. Totaled waste of $27k. Their response to problems is what did you do to cause the problem. Totally screwed. Don't do it to yourself, go with a regular screen porch. Don't talk yourself into the retractable screens like I did.

We went with them because they explained what everything was going to cost, wrote us up an estimate that covered everything so that there were no "hidden" added costs. They had a full crew of very nice, very respectful and very conscientious workers. They showed up early each day, did a full day's work and left the front and back of our home tidy and in good order. The finished products- Our long, downhill driveway and a brand new 10x19 back patio slab are absolutely beautiful! We never dreamed our cracked and crumbling driveway could look so perfect. They made sure to even add some channels for rain drainage! We would hire them again and have already recommended them to others. Hiring them is a worry free endeavor so for a big project like ours, that's not a passing expense, we couldn't be happier or more comfortabl with this choice. We have NO CONCERNS about the future of the finished product so the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you!!!

Our roof was original to the house and thus 25 years old. It was time to replace it, and after we…read morerequested bids from three vendors we decided on Renfroe Roofing. Our point man was Shane Renfroe, and through the process he kept in contact with us. Their bid was refreshingly within our budget, and we chose the Rustic Hickory architectural shingles. The crew arrived early in the morning, laying tarps and getting items prepped. Our 7am wakeup was when they started removal of the old roof shingles and felt. Through the day they were active and engaged. The crew worked quickly, and were very professional and polite in our interactions. By 4:30 they were in the final stages of cleanup, and by 5 they were done. There were several passes with various magnetic devices in the final cleanup to try to catch as many of the nails and other metallic debris that had fallen during the activity. After they left I made a cursory round of the house and found only 2 nails. The next day my wife spotted a place in our guest room ceiling where the drywall/finish had cracked a bit. We asked Shane to send someone over to take a look at that and a few places where we had spotted gutter guards that had been pushed out of alignment. They arrived within a couple of days, and they after a thorough inspection of the area and the roof above was able to determine that there were no structural issues nor probable leak issues, and that it was just a thin roof/ceiling structure and some incidental movement with people moving around with bags of shingles. They straightened the gutter guards back in place and ran another set of magnet nail catchers around the house a few times just in case. Through the whole process, Renfroe Roofing provided good communication, timely work, and quality workmanship throughout the process. Beyond a few plastic "tags" blown about by the wind they did an excellent job of cleaning the area, and we are very happy with our new roof.
