The Asian lady at the counter grilled and badgered me on what's inside. I said it's a $10000 watch. She asked why the box was so big. There was lots of packing blocks and wooden boxes accounting for it's size. This is none of her business as I told her everything inside was safe. Other reviews or comments may not agree when it comes to their promptness of service, but what they don't usually take into account is, it's not always the employees you see that are to blame for this. I believe this is mostly due to a lack of staffing or the scheduling of them. Not to mention the other issue, that being the customers that these employees have to deal with. You know the ones that don't have their stuff together or just flat out have a less than amiable attitude. Anyways, this is my favorite UPS store. He was VERY excited to be in the store, and dropped some hair on the carpet from his leash, which I had not noticed. Now my turn I approach the counter and all I can say is this young 20 something girl was not happy about my dog, she was trying to be passive aggressive, but she was just AGGRESSIVE AGGRESSIVE. Gave me such an look and attitude I was stunned. She told me they wouldn't take the original box, I said I had no need for it and she told me they had no room in the back...ok no worries. I grabbed the box and then she asked my to pick up the hair from the floor, wait what? Then she told me she guessed that she could vacuum it up. I let her know at that point I would pick it up, but that there were plenty of other UPS stores. As I bent down and picked up the hair, another customer looked at me a bit stunned I let that customer know my previous experience. The the girl told me to get out of there store. I said gladly and I would never be back There were a million other ways to communicate than the route she took. Passive aggressivness in a service environment is BS.

He works out of the town I live in (Cotati) and so has been perfectly prompt all three times. I went into the AAA Petaluma branch in person to confirm whether my cargo van would be covered for…read moretowing. I was clearly told yes, as long as there was no business logo on the vehicle. When I actually needed service, the tow was refused because the vehicle was considered commercial/oversized. This is a serious issue because I relied on the information given in person. If AAA cannot tow certain vehicles, staff should clearly explain the limitations instead of giving incorrect assurances. I'm now left dealing with a situation that could have been avoided with accurate information upfront.
