I started out by asking about terminating my probation early on AVVO with the intent to hire one of…read morethe attorneys who responded to me. Mr. Felling was one of three attorneys who responded to my request for help, and I chose to schedule a consultation with him because he was the only one who offered one for free. From that fact alone, I could tell Mr. Felling really cares a lot about the concerns of his clients. After explaining my situation I knew he would go the extra mile in trying to help me get my probation terminated early in order to improve my chances of having job opportunities that my probation was holding me back from obtaining/maintaining. His assistant, Sara, was delightful and very quick to respond to emails too. The District Attorney objected to my motion for early termination; in Linn County, terminating probation early when that's the case is very difficult. Mind you, I have a very unique and extraordinary set of circumstances that caused probation to be excessively harsh. One of those circumstances was very embarrassing and personal for me. I did not want anything about it to be said out loud in court because of that. Mr. Felling went the extra mile again. He asked to go into the judge's chambers before my hearing with the district attorney to privately share the sensitive information with the judge. With Mr. Felling at my side, I beat the odds and my motion was granted. I highly recommend him if you want an attorney who really cares about you and will go the extra mile.

Todd Pascoe represents what is left of honest attorneys who maintain hard work ethics, morals,…read morevalues, and personal integrity. Honest hard working attorneys do exist in today's market place. You can find this person in Todd Pascoe and those attorneys he selects to work in his firm. While the prosecutor was interested in creating statistics for the county conviction rate, Todd was interested in the problems (accusations) being charged. Todd Pascoe dug deep into the evidence, found the truth, then waged war against the lies being told. While this was not an easy time in our lives, we never felt abandoned. Todd Pascoe guided us through these tough days, negotiated with the prosecuting attorney and held them accountable for timelines and accuracy of information. His dedication to old fashioned values of truth, integrity, fairness, hard work, and honesty lead us from despair to managing the stresses and arriving at a reasonable outcome. Todd Pascoe is fully dedicated to his beliefs, his clients, and his family. He represents hard cases that other attorneys review and refuse to take. Todd Pascoe is not afraid to take the time necessary to understand all the variables and difficult to find truths even if they do not always match what has been stated by the prosecutor. Todd continues to dig through the mounds of paperwork to create a timeline of events in order to clarify each detail. We could and did trust Todd Pascoe with my freedom. We were not disappointed. The prosecutor was looking for a sentence range between 25 - 50 years, Todd Pascoe negotiated a range of 365 - 366 days. Today I am free because of Todd's hard work, integrity, and belief that God is always bigger than the problems that man can created. Todd Pascoe supports his clients even if there is jail or prison time in their future by uplifting weekly letters.
