A while back on our way home from a family day trip, with our son following . I along with my wife were hit head on by a drunk driver who bounced off us and continued on to also crash into my sons car. The driver was arrested on various charges and we were taken to a local hospital . We decided to pursue legal action and wanted a local law firm. I was hit by a truck as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. the er told me my knee wasn't broken. i also asked to do a full body scan and I was told, "that's too expensive". I took my same x-ray from ER to orthopedics' the next day. they jokingly said, "was the radiologist blind?" my knee cap was busted in half. 2 weeks later I found 3 broken ribs and another week later I found out my right hand was broke. from the advice of my attorney I settled for $20k which I saw 10k of. he never requested a body scan before closing my case and now I'm going to need back surgery. I'm 40 years old and feel 80. I'm not the same wife, mom or friend and Tuality hospital is a joke and so is this attorney!!! read more

Do NOT go to this little twerp! He only cares about your money and NOT you or your case! Why? Because he used to be a district attorney! So this guy specialized in putting people IN jail rather than keeping them out! So after dropping THOUSANDS of dollars on this twerp and having him do nothing for me and my case I finally have my second court date (he didn't even bother showing up for my first court date) so we are in court and in theory he is supposed to be helping me with my case, putting my mind at ease or at least letting me know what the Fuck is going on or what the game plan is...Instead he just told me to go sit down and then ignored me for the remainder of my time in the court room while he sat by the wall playing fucking video games on his phone! He is absolutely useless and a 100% waste of time and money. You are better off throwing your money in the trash or flushing it in the toilet. Avoid at all cost!
