I wanted to ensure I was getting the best deal by talking to all of the finance companies that contacted me. The first one to reach out was Jordan from Gravity Lending. He took the time to explain the entire process to me thoroughly. I informed him that I would be shopping around and comparing offers from various companies to find the best deal. The moment I mentioned this, it pretty much sealed the deal with Gravity Lending. Jordan advised me to ask specific questions when comparing offers, as not all companies provide the same features and incentives. He treated me like a friend rather than just a customer, ensuring that I was well taken care of, even if I didn't ultimately choose their service. At that point, I knew I wanted to go with Gravity Lending, especially since they were already offering a better interest rate than my current one. At first (after shopping around A LOT) I was told by John at RefiJet that I would be given an amazing new APR to refinance with them, so when I spoke with Don Jones from Gravity Lending, I wasn't thinking there was much he could do for me. I told him about my offer and he said that it sounded great, but I shouldn't get my hopes up because RefiJet had a reputation for not coming through. I assumed it was a sales tactic and agreed to consider his offer and call him if there was an issue. Within a couple of days of not getting word from refijet, I texted John and asked him for an update on my situation and was told that the "amazing deal" he had promised me was not going to go through and apparently he was not going to inform me as he had known for more than a day. Coincidentally, Don from gravity lending called me the same day literally asking if refi jet had delivered on their promise as he had heard they usually don't and he was right, they left me in a lurch. Don said the deal he had offered still stood and from there, everything was transparent and easy! I was definitely skeptical due to what had happened with RefiJet, but Gravity Lending and Don Jones did EVERYTHING they promised and even got me a lower rate then they originally told me! I cut my APR in more than half after only making 6 payments and cut 1.5 years off my loan term with my monthly payment only going up about $80. If you're looking for a company to refinance an Auto loan with, use Gravity! I am almost obsessive when it comes to getting the best deal and trust me, I shopped around to everyone on lending tree. Very pleased with my refinancing experience with Gravity Lending. Used lending tree application to find out about Gravity Lending and they were one of the companies that reached out to me, post my lending tree application. Worked with loan officer Christy and loan specialist Cindy. Was happy that Gravity gave me rate quotes up front without needing a ton of unnecessary extra personal information (unlike some of the other agencies that reached out to me). Loan Officer Christy answered all my questions, with no pressure to move forward. She was able to save me 3.05 percent (down from previous 7.14%) on my current auto loan, while also having my actual car loan contract shortened 8 months. Couldn't be more pleased. Once I made the decision to move forward with Gravity Lending, the whole refinancing process only took 5 days to complete (if you submit all the requested docs in a timely fashion this timeframe shouldn't be out of the norm for other customers thinking about this refinancing company). Was able to complete most of the refinancing process from my cell phone, and phone calls, and only needed to send out actual signed loan docs via UPS, which Gravity Lending provided prepaid shipping label for. Overall I would definitely recommend Gravity Lending to anyone interested in refinancing their current auto loan at a better rate and terms. Will be recommending to family and friends. It is all in the name "Gravity" Lending, I was looking to refinance my vehicle after hitting rock bottom with previous lending not offering refinance options. After searching, reading reviews I opted to partner with Gravity Lending. My experience was nothing short of positive, they changed my way of thinking. Right from the start of the application process they followed up with me, pulling a soft credit inquiry and allowing me to learn about refinancing options. Once I decided to sign up I requested only one hard inquiry on my credit as we all know banks can pull many hard inquiries. Not the folks at Gravity Lending they promised only one hard credit pull and sure enough only one and done. The loan officer called the same day saying I was approved. Gravity Lending was there for me when I needed them. So I completed my refinancing through Gravity Lending with the help of Yacob. In the original vehicle financing a Vehicle Service Contract was included. I cancelled the contract and waited for two months. The refund did not arrive. I went to the dealership. They had lost the cancellation paperwork we submitted. I told them we had refinanced. They told me that they needed the release of lien. I called the bank. They said go to the Texas DMV - a place very similar to HELL I assure you. They said there was no release of lien. I went back to the bank for the third time and finally they figured out that there was a "glitch" in their system. All this story to tell you that in the middle of this I called Gravity Lending for help. Yacob immediately notified me that he had notified his people to resolve this. There was no hesitation or questioning. They just said - we will help you AND IT WAS NOT their fault. I worked with Kevin Garza at Gravity on a refi auto loan. I was initially skeptical to deal with an on-line lender, especially a lender that I was not familiar with. Kevin was very diligent and really put in the time to continually follow up with me. I finally said "let me see what he has to say". He explained how they work with multiple lenders and was immediately transparent with what he had as the best interest % so far. There was no playing games, fishing for what I pay, what other quotes I already received. Simply- "I was able to get X% for XX months. How does that compare to what you have"? He was willing to go back and continue to search for a better rate. His initial rate was drastically lower than my current rate and still over 1.5% lower than all the current quotes I had received. And I did my due diligence. He and his team were extremely easy to work with! Made completing paperwork and getting it all done timely, a breeze. I bought my 2015 Toyota Tundra in 2018 from Sport City Toyota. I had a great experience and love my truck. I Love it a lot, but don't love the BIG payments. I refinanced my loan originally with my bank and saved a whole percentage point but my payments stayed around the same. In fact the payment was 14 dollars more. I have heard of lending tree before through online and TV advertisements.
