This may be lengthy but please bare with me. My husband and I relocated here from Seattle. We both LOVED Starbucks ( maybe I did more being that I would easily spend 500+ a month there). Being East African and from the place where coffee is grown and is dranked like water (Ethiopia/Eritrea)...I KNOW coffee. GRAVITY is AMAZING!!! I got regular lattes with 2 pumps of sugar syrup (same as Starbucks Classic syrup) or vanilla latte for my entire pregnancy, but now that my princess is here, I have slowed down on the coffee. The AWESOME girls there recommended their absolute favs but chai tea latte with Vanilla and no coffee is my newest addiction folks because it is THAT good!!! I go there religiously! The girls are not only friendly and great at small talk; they're AMAZING at what they do! AND they remember details of your convos and what my family drinks! to start off by saying I love gravity and I go to the their new flagship stand a lot and love it, I live in orting but always get coffee before work, last night I wanted something to drink and since I always had good experiences at the flagship stand I thought I would try the orting one out. My drink was not only made incorrectly when I got my drink and told my barista it was made incorrectly she did not offer to fix it she asked me if I wanted it fixed. this immediately rubbed me the wrong way, it is not my fault if the drink was made wrong. I immediately felt uncomfortable having her fix it seeming like she didn't really want to fix it. I hope this was just a mess up because I don't want to have this experience again read more

The staff of the Gravity Coffee locations have been great, but the customer service from corporate is a piece. I was recently told their sugar free items are not a actually sugar free, so I requested information regarding this and they quickly replied telling me they don't have to share this information because they don't have enough locations making mandatory to share the nutritional information. If you have any health considerations please be cautious when being a patronage of these locations. A diabetic friend of mine recently had a 2 point increase on their A1C and the only change was starting to use a Gravity Coffee location and ordering their "sugar free" beverages. read more

Hands down the best coffee shop in the puyallup/ sumner / Orting area! I always stop here when i go for a walk on the trail! They offer healthy options such as smoothies, protein shakes & all natural energy drinks .. so i never feel guilty. There is always fun , upbeat music playing , and the girls are always in the best mood.. makes my days 100% better . This is a store you try for the coffee , but stay for the customer service. I grew up in Seattle and Gravity Coffee has a very authentic flavor that I love. I can't express enough how much I appreciate that the coffees are always consistent at all locations. I really like all the girls here at the Orting location. We SUPER miss Olivia! But Emily is mah girl, ALWAYS greeting me with a smile and the best coffee, we also really love Tia and her awesome personality. I enjoy coming to this stand whether it be on way to or from work during the week! Even if there is a line, service is prompt and the ladies are friendly and genuine, often remembering my drink. I usually get a Zero Gravity energy drink or a white coffee white chocolate mocha along with a kids cold chocolate milk for my little one, with a sucker of course. My favorite treat here is the caramel brûlée muffin top. I always recommend this stand to my friends who visit Orting! read more

The girls at this gravity are so awesome! Everytime i come there they always make sure i like my drink before i drive away. I live in puyallup and there is a gravity down the road from me but the girls there have attitudes and aren't very welcoming so i always make a point to drive to orting which i don't mind at all especially because of how nice they are! This coffee stand has been my go to since they opened!! The girls are always so sweet & knowledgeable. If I don't know what I want to order they are always patient & give the best recommendations. This coffee shop is my normal morning stop! I am lactose intolerant , and they offer so many alternative milk options! They carry Almond , hemp , coconut and soy. Service is always speedy quick and the girls know me by name! They offer something the whole family can enjoy.. smoothies , shakes , energy drinks and coffee! Service has improved significantly. The girls come take your order at your car and have it ready at the window. Coffee taste like what you pay for. Prices have gone up at my usual coffee shop, so lately gravity has been worth the $. Good service and cheery staff. They make my wife's coffee the way she likes it which seems to be hard. I absolutely love Gravity Coffee, and the location in Orting goes above and beyond every time!! The baristas always have a smile on their face and ask me about my day, what I'm up to, etc. And whether I order my usual energy or an americano, the drinks are always top notch! This place is not what it use to be that is for sure. They are under new management and have completely wiped out the old staff that use to know me. All the new girls they have hired are so snobby and young and just completely clueless. It takes me awhile to get my drinks now and does not taste the same. I go to this stand on the regular! Everyone is always so fun and fresh. They know my drink and have it ready by the time I'm at the window. This stand feels more like home than a coffee stand. I have tried out a large amount of coffee stand and this one, BY FAR, puts the rest to shame! The girls here and super personable and get each drink done efficiently! Zero Gravity's are my all time favorite! Its their house energy drink, all natural and no crash! perfect for my new years resolution and morning pick-me-up.
