Please, don't risk your life or your money here. Pay a little more elsewhere and buy from a dealership that actually values human lives. Paid them $47,000 cash on a Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 thinking I was buying a safe vehicle for my family. Instead, Gravity Autos sold me a death trap. I've driven the car for less than 800 miles since purchase. They bragged about replacing one tire "to give me the price I wanted." That tire didn't blow -- one of the other three did, while I was driving to Florida with my three kids in the car. The tire shop said the other two were just as bad and that he wouldn't feel comfortable letting me continue my trip without replacing them. I ended up buying three new tires on the spot just to keep my children safe. I've posted all the tires. On top of that, the parking light never worked... turns out a wire had been cut and tucked away. Gravity Autos knowingly sold me a car with dangerous, hidden issues. Also, I drove the car for two days before the service light came on. They never performed an oil change on the car so who knows how long it had been since being changed. They buy cars from auctions, don't fix them, and sell them for top dollar with zero care for the families who trust them. I spent nearly fifty thousand dollars, cash, and drove away with nothing but stress and extra bills. I thought I was investing in safety for my family. Instead, I got scammed. Tires, oil, lights are basic intake needs that shouldve been done before even posting car for sale without fixing Also no call or response since sending them these photos... SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A DEALERSHIP THAT CARES. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY HERE

DO NOT BUY!!! LEMON. They sold vehicle with known issues including [multiple] unclaimed accidents! Paid to have trucked/delivered to me - car arrived dirty (inside & out), damaged and not per paperwork. I certain they photoshopped pictures of the car before posting. When I asked them for car photos, they sent me different ones than what they posted. Issues including (but not limited to) - Coolant hose disconnected - Passenger mirror control didn't work; undisclosed collision - Center console, missing casing - VIN was missing on door so could not get DMV registered - Trunk gaskets broken - Front bumper - undisclosed collision - Front driver door replaced with red car door (painted over to match car) but missing paint - Rear passenger side damage - Missing 2nd key - kept calling / leaving VM & finally received paperwork four business days before registration expiration - Right seat controls broken - After market front hood - Windshield wipers dead - Tires bald - Cup holder broken - Wheel hub was stripped couldn't replace tires without replacing wheel hub Would not return phones once purchased - called multiple people everyday for weeks. We owe that they are not honoring

Dealership does not stand behind their contract. They issued a we owe to diagnose and repair airbag light. They have now refused to repair. Stating over 30 days since purchase. I agree it states that, but it took them 3 weeks from purchase to give a place to take the car for repair. Car went to their preffered shop shortly after and mechanic could not repair. Didn't pay mechanic and the mechanic wouldn't release my car until I paid him $1,200. Now having to take legal route for reimbursement and cost at another mechanic for repair. They only communicate in text and all text have been saved and they clearly state that they will repair and pay for cost. Beware.

UPDATE: Empty Promises and Misleading Follow-Up from Gravity Autos Following my original review about Scott's misrepresentation of a wrecked Tesla, manager Adam reached out promising to investigate. After three weeks, Tesla finally confirmed what I already knew - the vehicle had indeed been in accidents. Adam initially promised to make things right with a 'sweetheart deal' on a replacement vehicle. He asked me to give him the benefit of the doubt and promised to make things right. I agreed to take down my original review while he worked on it. Their follow-through has been deeply disappointing: - They showed me a few alternatives that were the wrong year, model, and color that weren't comparable to the original Tesla - When I expressed interest in a higher-priced vehicle that they sent, they suddenly went silent - They have since ignored all mine and my husband's text messages and attempts to communicate about the vehicle they promised at a 'good price'. I also strongly feel that I should not have been the one following up with them. Every communication besides the "please take down the review" call has been on my end. It has now been over 6 weeks since I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Gravity Auto. This pattern confirms my original concerns: their customer service 'recovery' was just another deceptive tactic. They appeared willing to help only when offering vehicles that wouldn't impact their profit margin. Once I found something I was interested in, they disappeared. This follow-up reinforces my warning to potential customers: Gravity Autos in Sandy Springs seems more concerned with managing their online reputation than providing honest service. I would avoid and take your business and money elsewhere. AVOID - Deceptive Sales Practices at Gravity Autos I had an extremely negative experience with Gravity Autos in Sandy Springs, GA, specifically with salesman Scott, who engaged in misleading and unethical sales practices. When considering a vehicle at this dealership, I discovered multiple instances of misrepresentation: - The CarFax initially appeared clean, but Carcheck.com (a dealer auction website) revealed the vehicle had been in two previous accidents-on saying severe structural damage. - Car Gurus listing clearly showed frame damage, which was not disclosed during initial sales discussions. - The salesman repeatedly told me the Carfax was clean and car gurus was wrong. he encouraged me to pay $160 for a mobile technician inspection, knowing full well there were significant prior damage issues. These actions demonstrate a complete lack of integrity in their sales process. Not only did Scott repeatedly lie about the vehicle's history, but he also wasted my time and money by pushing an inspection on a car with known serious damage. Potential buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with this dealership. Their sales tactics appear to prioritize making a sale over customer trust and transparency. I strongly recommend thoroughly investigating any vehicle from Gravity Autos and getting multiple independent inspections (not the one they recommend). I almost sold my 2023 Lexus still under warranty for this car. I am beyond disgusted with this company and their practices.

After seeing your response to reviews on your platform, I decided to contact you before I write a review. I noticed this car online and send out an email. I was contacted by Scott at your sandy springs location. Scott told me that the car was in perfect condition, he knew the car personally and the car was absolutely beautiful and in in perfect condition. We went back and forth about the price and added on options that I didn't want like wheel insurance. I noticed in the pictures that it looked like a scratch over the rear wheel wale. He assured me that it was a reflection and the car didn't have a scratch on it. I asked Scott about the tires because I would be catching a flight to the lot and driving it back to Ohio. Scott stated that the tires were in very good condition and there would be no problem driving to Ohio. I booked my flight. I asked Scott could I be picked up at the airport. Scott said no that a person from the lot was robbed and they no longer do that. I informed him that I'm coming with a $22000. Cashier check and they already took $3000 deposit on my credit card. He said he couldn't do it. So he connected me with James in finance. After talking to James and finalizing the deal. James said that it's possible to have someone in service to pick me up. He would talk to Scott. Scott said that he didn't know why James told me that so I downloaded the Lyft app and proceeded to try the app that I had never used before. In the middle of downloading the app, Scott called me back and say that they could pick me up from the train station. It didn't really make since because if someone could rob them at the airport they could do the same thing at the train station. I jumped on the plane went to the train station got directions to sandy springs. Scott called me and I told him the train was going to Danville station. He said ok , call him when I get there.i call Scott, he says that I was on the wrong train. I said why didn't you tell me that when I called. Guy picked me up 1/2 hour later and said that he had to stop to pick up a rim at a rim repair shop it took another 1/2 hour. I get to the lot, there's scuff marks on the passenger rear door so they had a guy try and buff the marks off, while he was doing that, I noticed a scratch on the front bottom spoiler. I informed Scott, he said that it wasn't like I was buying a brand new car. I informed him that the car is new to me and I'm putting $25k down on the car The sales manager tried to straighten it out and told the finance manager to give me the warranty $100. Over cost. Finance manager told me that he couldn't do it but he would extend my warranty 6000 miles, I was mad. Then they said a guy named Steve was trying to steal the pillows out the car. There was a guy with a car matching mines but was a 580. I heard them call him Steve, so I asked Steve was he the one he laughed. At the time I didn't notice that my rear seat pillows were missing. I drive home noticing the car swaying. I thought it was the rear wheel reacting to turns. When I got home I checked the tires. I noticed the front tire on the passenger side had very low tread, near bald. The driver side was a little better. I called the service manager, Tariq, he said that he would help me get tires at his cost and he would rob Peter to pay Paul and send me pillows. I take the car to tire America, they tell me that my front tire are perrelli run flats and the tires on the back are cheap zeetex tires that they don't sell. He also stated that the reason my car drove funny was because there should have never been run flats on the front and regular tires on the back. I feel like I was lied to and set up for failure driving that car back to Ohio One more thing. The person who previously owned the car information was still in the system. So the old owner actually could have stolen my car. I called the lot and a lady told me that I could change the settings, talked to me like I was dumb only to find out that I couldn't change anything. She stated that the reason I couldn't change anything was to prevent the car from being stolen. I put $25000. Cash down on this car and was treated like nothing. I was lied to, berated and sent over 400 miles with mismatched tires. So instead of writing this in a review, I contacted you to see what you can do to help me. P.S. I never thought that I would be putting down 25 thousand on a car and would have to but 2 new tires. And the 12vokt battery is no good. No response from customer sevice after sending this email.

The drivers on the road either need to be re-evaluated on their abilities to properly drive a car, or they need to put their phone down. This car kept swerving abruptly and not paying attention to the traffic lights.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! These scammers are lemon dealers. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had it delivered. It arrived in horrible condition- It had FOUR different tires on it- pieces missing from the seats- sunroof leaking- missing antenna - scratched anll over the whole truck and parts that were clearly spray painted-and the smell!! oh my god it was rank. None of these issues were disclosed in either the photos or in the listing. I test drive it anyway and 1MILE DOWN THE ROAD IT OVERHEATED. It took several phone calls and e-mails to get a response and every single person I talked to was rude and basically told me it's my problem now. fast forward now that I have had it for over a month and the bank calls and tells me they never got the title and my temp tag they issued expired. once again several phone calls later they had to overnight me another tag. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AT BEST.

Vincent & I before I rode off the lot. (Check engine light came on 3 days after).

****** Here we are, 3 years later. The BMW that I bought from Gravity has been paid off (thank God! The check engine light kept coming on after repeated repairs). It appears that I am getting the run around about a GAP insurance policy refund check because no one wants to do their job at the Sandy Springs location. I've emailed Vincent, Rachel, and Ally (Alisa). The most helpful person was Rachel (she put in the cancelation request for me from the Gravity Roswell location..... after some rude woman gave me her info when I called the Sandy Springs Gravity location. (Apparently my request was suppose to be completed by the SS location). I just want my coins so that I can be completely done with Gravity Autos. Obviously I'm shopping for a new car now, but I definitely won't be purchasing from Gravity Shady Car Sales lot. ********** Gravity Auto sales is full of shit!! I bought a 2013 BMW X6. 2 days after I bought the car, the check engine light came on. I had to wait 30 days for my warranty to kick in before I could get some of the repairs covered, and told not to drive my car because it was unsafe from BMW. I ended up paying $10,000 in repairs and the warranty only covered another $2,300. I told Gravity and they claimed they would fix the issue. I needed a cash car and went back (thinking I would get a good deal since they fuc*ed me on the last one). No. The finance manager acted as though he couldn't come down $1,500 on another car after I just paid $10,000 in repairs, on a car that I just bought from them October 2017. Word of advise..... don't buy a car from Gravity. Chances are you'll be able to find the same car cheaper, newer, and with less miles, and better condition somewhere else.

Mercedes Refusing to Honor Known Warranty Extension Over Mileage Technicality…read more Where do I even begin. About 2 months ago, my Mercedes began sputtering and misfiring. Initially, a diagnostic suggested possible water in the fuel tank. Fuel treatment temporarily resolved the issue--twice--but the problem returned again while we were out of town. This time, fuel treatment did not work. A diagnostic then showed a P0308 misfire code, pointing to ignition misfire on cylinder 4. I replaced the coil and plug for cylinder 4. The car ran fine for about 30 minutes before the same issue returned. I then replaced all four plugs and coils, and again, the car only ran properly for about an hour. At this point, we had already spent over $1,100 out of pocket attempting to resolve the issue ourselves. We took the vehicle to our regular certified Mercedes mechanic, who immediately informed us this is a known Mercedes-Benz issue. He provided the Mercedes-issued documentation stating that misfire codes (P0300 / P030x) related to defective cylinder heads are covered under an extended emissions warranty. He currently had four identical vehicles in his shop with the same issue, two of which had already been repaired by Mercedes under this exact warranty. Mercedes has even created a pre-packaged "head job" repair specifically for this problem. Despite all of this, Mercedes required us to pay over $900 just for diagnostics, then quoted $2,900+ to replace fuel injector #4--while openly stating that this repair may not even fix the issue. Even worse, they admitted this was only a "starting point." I requested documentation for the compression test, leak-down test values, and injector bench test, since they claimed everything "passed." However, when I personally removed spark plug #4 earlier, it was covered in oil, with oil present in the spark plug well--something that should not pass a proper leak-down test and strongly suggests internal engine issues consistent with the known cylinder head defect. Mercedes' own August 4, 2023 Warranty Extension (15 years / 150,000 miles) explicitly covers: -Cylinder head defects -Exhaust valve / valve guide wear -Combustion misfires (P0300 / P030x codes) My vehicle is listed as an affected model, yet Mercedes is refusing to honor the warranty because the mileage is approximately 2,000 miles over--despite the fact that: -No recall notice or owner notification was ever received -This is an acknowledged manufacturing defect -The issue is emissions-related Mercedes has already repaired identical vehicles under the same extension This feels less like customer care and more like avoiding responsibility for a known defect. Charging nearly $1,000 for diagnostics, proposing a $3,000 repair that "might not work," and ignoring published warranty coverage is unacceptable--especially for a luxury brand that claims to stand behind its engineering. Extremely disappointed in Mercedes-Benz and how this situation has been handled.
