We bought an expensive couch and matching recliner chair, with lumbar. Within a few weeks we saw…read morethe couch was not sitting right. Completely lopsided and uncomfortable. Homestyle came after it and worked on it, after getting it back it didnt seem any better, we sat on it until we couldn't sit on it any longer.....got so bad we put 2 x 4's under it to try to make it more level. Catnapper made that piece of junk. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CATNAPPER. THEY do not want to back their warranty up and will constantly lie about when they intend to do something with giving you future dates. Our problem went on for almost 2 years, finally got the fraud dept involved at the Arizona dept of commerce, and consumer affairs and suddenly some help was on the horizon. Catnapper issued a check finally to Homestyle furniture, and we were given store credit for the amount we had paid on the junk we had bought. By now, we had already replaced the couch going elsewhere. We do appreciate the help Krista was at Homestyle. She was helpful and honest. We used our credit to buy barstools and a very nice clock. My main advice is Do NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY CATNAPPER. They are almost out of business anyway now due to their bad reputation. Homestyle furniture on the other hand is a fine store, with good, honest and helpful people. Hope they are in business here in Kingman for many years to come.

I found It at Arizona Furniture in Kingman, AZ! The staff was very helpful and no matter how many times I came in to ask questions and finally bring my son in to see it. They even helped me to rearrange the floor sample to make it sure it would be the correct configuration to fit in his living room. I got the best price and added the 5-year warranty to make sure his needs were met for a long time. The delivery staff removed his old couch and disposed of it. They were very polite, courteous and careful in my son's home and assured the sectional was carefully aligned and secure and everything met my requirements. I couldn't be happier about my decision to purchase this item from Arizona Furniture. Wish I personally didn't live so far away when it comes to looking for furniture for my own home in Florida.

My wife and I recently moved to Kingman from Southern California and were looking for a new…read moremattress for our guest bedroom before my father arrived for a visit. We originally planned to drive to Las Vegas because we assumed we would need a larger mattress retailer to find the brands we wanted. After hearing great things about Boyd's Sleep Center from other locals, we decided to stop by, and we're glad we did. To our surprise, they carry Helix mattresses and had a much larger selection than we expected. While they didn't have the exact model we originally came in to see, they did have a Puffy Lux Queen mattress in stock, which immediately caught our attention. The mattress comes with a lifetime warranty and felt fantastic. What really impressed us was the customer service. Cody and Shannon Boyd were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find the right mattress. They took the time to explain the differences between brands, how various manufacturers are connected, and helped us understand the pros and cons of several options without any sales pressure. We ended up getting a great deal on the Puffy Lux Queen and were amazed when Cody and his son Colton offered to deliver it to our home the very same day. In a world where so many mattress purchases involve waiting weeks for delivery, having the mattress delivered and set up the same day was a huge bonus. Boyd's Sleep Center is exactly the kind of local family-owned business every community hopes to have. The entire family treated us like old friends from the moment we walked through the door. If you're shopping for a mattress in Kingman, I highly recommend stopping here before making the trip to Las Vegas. You'll find a great selection, fair pricing, exceptional knowledge, and customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find these days.
