Homestyle came after it and worked on it, after getting it back it didnt seem any better, we sat on it until we couldn't sit on it any longer.....got so bad we put 2 x 4's under it to try to make it more level. Catnapper made that piece of junk. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CATNAPPER. THEY do not want to back their warranty up and will constantly lie about when they intend to do something with giving you future dates. Our problem went on for almost 2 years, finally got the fraud dept involved at the Arizona dept of commerce, and consumer affairs and suddenly some help was on the horizon. Catnapper issued a check finally to Homestyle furniture, and we were given store credit for the amount we had paid on the junk we had bought. By now, we had already replaced the couch going elsewhere. We do appreciate the help Krista was at Homestyle. She was helpful and honest. We used our credit to buy barstools and a very nice clock. My main advice is Do NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY CATNAPPER. They are almost out of business anyway now due to their bad reputation. Homestyle furniture on the other hand is a fine store, with good, honest and helpful people. Hope they are in business here in Kingman for many years to come.

They even helped me to rearrange the floor sample to make it sure it would be the correct configuration to fit in his living room. I got the best price and added the 5-year warranty to make sure his needs were met for a long time. The delivery staff removed his old couch and disposed of it. They were very polite, courteous and careful in my son's home and assured the sectional was carefully aligned and secure and everything met my requirements.
