Allie is incredibly knowledgeable and always recommends the best treatments based on my skin needs. She's thorough and professional and truly cares about helping her clients achieve the best results. My favorite so far is the Vivace micro needling treatment. i've been doing treatments at Smoothe Denver for almost 10 years and I highly recommend you treat yourself to a treatment your face needs!

During our first consultation, she asked me my objectives and proposed a short series of treatments - a chemical skin treatment and three RF microneedling sessions. It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. She educated me on each step, always described what she was doing and why, and repeatedly checked in on my comfort (which was fine - slight stinging, but I kind of liked that - it told me it was working!). After my second session, I could already see the results. I'm ready for my third, and I understand this is when I'll start to see the real, longer-term effects. I'm very happy thus far, and look forward to her working more magic on me!

I had such a wonderful experience at Beau Visage Skin Care and Spa. From the moment I walked in,…read morethe atmosphere was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing--it truly feels like a peaceful escape. The bubble wall was amazing! The staff is professional, welcoming, and attentive without ever being pushy. My esthetician took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized my treatment, which made a noticeable difference in both how my skin looked and felt afterward. The best part-no pushy sales! The entire service was thorough and high-quality, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. It's clear they care about both results and client experience. The complimentary glass of wine while I was waiting was an unexpected surprise I would absolutely recommend Beau Visage to anyone looking for great skincare in a relaxing environment. I'll definitely be coming back!

As a customer of 30+ years, Beau Visage is not the Spa it once was. Since I was out of town she texted that she would call the following week when I got home. Never heard from her or anyone else. My complaint concerned a facial tech, who was 15 minutes late starting, but said she would make up. How would she do that? Shortly thereafter, she wanted to add a service, and I asked how since she was late starting. She didn't answer, but insisted I would like it and it would only be a $30 up charge, and could I ADD IT TO HER TIP. I said I have 2 services how do I give you a tip so much bigger than the other lady? And she said "DON'T YOU HAVE CASH?" and I said, "no credit card". Then SHE ASKED IF I HAVE VENMO and I said no. Now she seemed angry. Next she said well it doesn't look like you need any extractions, what do you think? And I said no because who wants someone angry doing extractions on your face. Additionally having had facials it seemed to be she saved time by eliminating some of the facial steps she was supposed to do and that I paid for. This was not very relaxing or comfortable experience. And isn't she stealing from the Salon?? Is the deal that she uses their facilities, scheduling, advertising and maybe product and in return they split sales? (or something like that). If she is offering services off the books isn't she stealing from them, and wouldn't they want to know about it? The only friend I told about this said her daughter had the same late experience and when she complained BV said they would give her a discount on her next service and she said "There is not going to be any next service."

My friend treated both of us for our birthdays to the 60 minute head spa here. She'd been to one…read morebefore but this was my first time - I was excited from the videos I'd seen on social media. When we first got there, the staff were having some issues with their card reader so there was a little delay but they were apologetic. They had us pick out an essential oil scent at the desk (she got lavender, I got peppermint) - they use that at the beginning of the treatment when you first lie down. We were then given robes and directed to the changing room. A little small but it worked fine and they do have lockers with keys on stretchy bands so you can keep it on your wrist during the treatment. First stop was the front room where each esthetician used a little machine to look at our scalps. I have some scalp issues and my friend does not and our scalps looked kind of the same. Not sure the machine is particularly helpful. My esthetician didn't really ask me any questions or goals - my friend's esthetician was a little more talkative. I think mine might have been the owner who seemed a bit frazzled that day. We finally went into the spa room and they got us onto the tables but there was another ~5 minute delay or so. The experience was a bit more 'scrubby/cleany' than massagey as I was hoping for. I will say my scalp was VERY CLEAN when they finished, so I'll give em that. I was most disappointed though when it came time for the water ring that everyone wants/sees in the videos - mine moved once and then just stayed still for the rest of the time. It's supposed to move up and down (around your scalp) for the massagey feeling - my friend's moved, and mine didn't. I think the estheticians were out of the room while that was going on. Again, I felt my friend's esthetician was a bit more engaged. Afterwards, we went back to the front room where they looked at our scalps again - they asked us (and the other women earlier) if it looks better and I feel like everyone's answer is 'I guess so?" lol. They then did a quick blow dry (I probably should've opted not to since my hair just becomes a giant lion's mane from that) and the only comment my esthetician made was "your hair got very tangled" and combed out a lot of my hair (pretty normal for me). They did give us a little bowl of fruit, a water, and a cookie after on a cute tray which was nice though I felt weird eating it while they blow dried. Overall I thought the experience was just OK. I think I would try it again at another spa - they just seemed frazzled here and I didn't necessarily feel as pampered as I would have liked. I really appreciated my friend treating us both to the experience - I saw other reviewers say they were charged extra for longer/thicker hair and I wonder if that was the case here too.

Not only do they treat your scalp and hair, but they give you a beautiful upper body massage. Really enjoyed the scalp imaging and analysis of our hairs. A lovely little snack tray after the services while they gave us a blowout. Looking forward to going back for other services, We have to try out the Korean skin care services. When in doubt, try it out! You will not be disappointed.
