The shop is beautifully curated with high-quality, intentional products that are hard to find anywhere else in Lincoln. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They made me feel right at home and were super helpful in guiding me through their product selection. You can really tell they care about what they carry and who they serve. I haven't had a service yet, but after browsing the space and chatting with the team, I can't wait to come back for a facial. I already know it'll be a magical experience. If you're into holistic wellness, natural skincare, or just want to support a lovely local business, this place is a gem.

My husband and I went for a couples massage for our very first anniversary. We had purchased gift…read morecertificates for one another. Needless to say, we were both very excited as it was a first for both of us. In scheduling our appointment, I found out that we had to wait almost 6 weeks for it. So much for a celebratory spa day date. Upon arriving, we found parking to be a bit of a challenge, and even locating the building was difficult as the business is located in a small yet charming little house. I must say that the building had tons of potential curb appeal, but sadly was in disarray and had a tiny almost non visible sign. Our appointment was during the holidays, so the cozy little house and front yard could have really been decorated and made to look like the owners of the spa really cared about the business and the complete overall customer experience. Sadly, though, the business looked run down and neglected, not a good first impression. Once entering the spa, it was a bit cluttered, but everyone was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. Our massages were wonderful, although due to covid, we were in separate rooms and had to wear masks. Neither of which supported our original plans of a relaxing spa date. However, we both enjoyed our massages. The room I was in was beautiful, and the total environment was very relaxing for all the senses. My massage was wonderful, the masseuse was very knowledgeable and respectful. To sum things up, my husband and I loved the people and the service they provided. However, a lot was lost on appearance and branding. The employees seemed to want to make this appointment a "total experience" but forgot that that begins before you ever enter the building and before the massage ever begins.

The room was dimly lit, soothing sounds of the ocean was playing and the table was heated which was great for the winter time. I loved the little sayings on the wall and mirrors. Very positive vibes and energy. I told her my knees were hurting and she suggested turmeric for inflammation. She even let me borrow a few of her tablets which was so kind! Only downside was that since we were downstairs you could hear people walking upstairs every now and then and the coffee shop was right next door. The building was nice and the atmosphere was nice. However, I have had over 20 massages in my life and this one ranks near the bottom. Some issues were not Ariel's fault. I would make a suggestion for the owner that the table with the belly cut out was not comfortable. It squished my breasts, that are very sensitive and uncomfortable due to being pregnant. The sheet that covered the belly cut out was very tight and it felt like I was laying directly on my baby. I could not get comfortable. I then was laying flat on my back for some of it, which felt uncomfy too. Wish they had a way to prop slightly. My massage felt more like a deep tissue massage. I asked her to lighten up more than 5-6 times. She always would but would then go right back to doing it so hard. I was even wincing and pulling away at points and she wasn't picking up on it. I left feeling more beat up than anything. She also spent over an hour on just my back and was doing the same repetitive motion on the same spot. It hurt. At a certain point with her, not picking up on my keys and not lighting up after I said it was too hard several times, I just gave up and just felt uncomfortable. Like I said, she was sweet and would listen well but the massage was just not good.
