She was told there were no refunds or rebooking, and she lost $100 (only the tip was refunded). The owner later confirmed that the policy is to give whatever remaining time is available if a client is late... but that wasn't offered or honored. My wife even removed her original review to help a small business, but people deserve to know what happened.

Sadly, though, the business looked run down and neglected, not a good first impression. Once entering the spa, it was a bit cluttered, but everyone was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. Our massages were wonderful, although due to covid, we were in separate rooms and had to wear masks. Neither of which supported our original plans of a relaxing spa date. However, we both enjoyed our massages. The room I was in was beautiful, and the total environment was very relaxing for all the senses. My massage was wonderful, the masseuse was very knowledgeable and respectful. To sum things up, my husband and I loved the people and the service they provided. However, a lot was lost on appearance and branding. The employees seemed to want to make this appointment a "total experience" but forgot that that begins before you ever enter the building and before the massage ever begins.

I had an average massage although I requested deep tissue. After turning over, I was "propositioned" which I found offensive and did not expect. Although I was disgusted, I gave her a $10 tip which she complained about. I feel I should have filed a police report instead but walked out after paying. I will not be back.
