Not only did Dr. Lerner successfully locate my problem and performed robotic surgery on me but the pain that I was experiencing literally disappeared. Without getting into a very long story, Dr. Lerner and his staff are angels. He listened to me and treated me with the utmost respect and never made me feel like I was not important because of his professional skills. Never was he arrogant. With a twinkle in his eye, you hoped that you were in good hands. After the surgery and 4 days in ICU, I knew that I was in the best of hands. I owe my life to Dr. Lerner. He is the BEST!!!! Picked up my 7 year old from school and with my toddler, headed straight to the general area of where this business is located to kill time. As per the review on here prior to mine, the same front desk "supervisor" attended me without any sympathy whatsoever. I came in 40 minutes early. Understanding that other patients were arriving and that there were a lot of appointments to attend to, I was told to come back 10 minutes prior to my set appointment time. Understandable of course. But then "Shaniqua"? From what the last review stated her name was, double checked the info she had and asked me if I had my referral. I told her that my sons pediatrician dealt with that a week and a half ago. I was told by the pediatrician that I didn't need to pick up anything and apparently it was taken care of electronically?? All I know is that the pediatricians front desk girl told me I was all set with the referral and that I didn't need to pick up anything. I was golden apparently. Come today and apparently they had nothing in the system or whatever. It seems that this is a continuous problem in their office, aside from the attitude and indifference of the front desk personnel. To top with the cherry, my son was acting severely like a toddler and I had just about enough of his energy today. Tears ran down my face and the OTHER front desk person didn't even make eye contact with me. At least "Shaniqua" did despite the coldness in her eyes. I feel that this being a pediatric office, there would be some form of sympathy, empathy, care, kindness, SOMETHING. I think truly that is what affected me the most. Maybe they don't have kids of their own and do not understand the difficulty that comes with that? Maybe they DO have kids and simply cannot stand more showing up? I don't know. It just does not seem real that these 2 front desk women have absolutely no compassion over us struggling with our kids and with any setbacks that may happen. Prior to this review, I was thinking that maybe they were just tired from a frustrating day or something. Can't be true if all of these other negative reviews exist. How appalling. I'm also highly disappointed in my pediatrician and her front desk assistant who guaranteed I was good to go with the referral. I don't live too close to this place so it was sad to have to leave and not have my son be seen for the 2nd time since 2020. According to "Health Matters" a magazine, he is a "Top Doctor" and is specialized in that procedure, when in reality, he is the complete opposite. While doing this procedure, he most definitely was not careful and did not pay attention to the medical issues that my grandfather had. He never informed them that there was a risk of contracting a bad infection. They would have never done the procedure if he told said there was a risk of a bad infection, because my grandfather's medical issues would not allow him to fight the infection, which is what ended up happening. He ended up in the hospital with sepsis. After staying in the hospital for three weeks, he passed away because he could not fight the infection that THIS doctor gave him. Such negligence.

My son was born 2 months premature & was too tiny to be circumcised. White Plains Hospital NICU…read morereferred me to Dr. Glassman because he performs all of the circumcisions for the NICU. On my first visit to his office, I found Dr. Glassman to be cold & abrupt. Regardless, he was the urologist that the NICU uses, so I felt comfortable enough to use him for the procedure when my son turned 1. Right after the procedure was done, Dr. Glassman made a comment about my son's penis size, saying that it was very large, which it is clearly not. I felt mocked & embarrassed. Fast forward to the 3 follow-up appointments that we had... even though I insisted that my son's penis did not look "right", Dr. Glassman kept telling me that my son's penis looked "great" & to manipulate his foreskin on a daily basis if I was concerned. My maternal intuition (and the way his penis looked) told me that there was something wrong. So I took my son to his pediatrician. His pediatrician completely agreed with me & referred me to a different pediatric urologist. The new urologist instantly told me that my son's penis did not look "normal". Not enough of his foreskin was cut off. He is now scheduled to have a second surgery to remove the excess foreskin in 6 months. My experience with Dr. Glassman has been the worst that I've ever had with a physician.
