I love the staff they are very friendly, patient & try to answer all questions presented. Now the quality of most of the products is high grade and very strong. Only complaint I got is the really high grade thc stuff is priced to high at $12 a gram. Other then that it's a friendly place to go buy your product without feeling like your doing something wrong. It's like visiting a friends place is the best way I can describe it.

They wouldn't take it back. Then talked us into buying a more expensive one. Yes I am a fool to have trusted them and buy a more expensive one. It failed after a couple uses, it literally fell apart. The twist lock. Magnet and cartridge fell out. Only have a seven day return window. (I went back 10 days later)They had absolutely no interest in helping us out. " go on the manufacturers website and find whatever parts you need" waste of time & money unknowledgeable, no customer service, overpriced, all around thumbs down!!!! Save your money kids, go elsewhere! Unfortunately we had to give it one star in order in order to post it Horrible experience.

My rating is 3.5 stars…read more My friend was looking for waterproof pants that had lining. She wanted to visit a Sport Chek, so we came here. Atmosphere is a part of Sport Chek. Both stores are side by side. They have different front door entrances, but there are no walls inside the store to separate them. Nice! Unfortunately, my friend didn't find what she was looking for. There were some sales going on, though. There was also a discount rack where you could get up to 25% off the last discounted price. Clothing here can be pricey right off the bat. I thought it was odd that a saleswoman was asking whether we needed any help by talking to our backs. Um, yeah, that's effective. How about greeting us head-on and asking us when we can see you? Just a thought. (37)

Thankfully they had it, and they have quite a bit of other flavour options! The lady who helped me today (I did not get her name unfortunately) was absolutely incredible. Not only was she extremely kind, she was absolutely hilarious. She had given us tips on where to find the locations and even shared a bit of her own experience viewing part of the filming. She was SO sweet and she honestly makes me want to go back to that store simply for her. She was so respectful to us and was extremely friendly and welcoming. My personal experience was an absolute, without a doubt, 10/10.

I have been dealing with these guys since before I ever had enough money to shop there and I know…read morethey knew I didn't have money yet Chris and his daughter always always always made time for me not making money off me but just taking the time to talk about audio and gear thats dedication to the business by taking the time and talking to people. As a young audiophile I grew up bought my first good system from them a Yamaha rxv 992 5.1 surround sound receiver still have it to this day. These are good hard working people who are just as passionate what they sell as the audiophiles who are buying it. I know first hand from years of speaking with them and always being welcomed by a smile. These types of stores are being beaten up by big box stores from the USA who sell crap and if your not buying anything we don't have time to stand and chat about why this speaker is better then this one. United tv is a family owed and operated business and unlike big box stores Chris could fix stuff. Thanks for always making time for me showing me the mirage speakers paradigm speakers and all the other great gear you guys have sold over the years. It honestly means alot to me now that im older Ryan Griffith

I really enjoyed going to this store, they were very informative about all their products. There was no doubt in my mind that when I visited my daughter I would be stopping off at my favourite store. Once in Bowmanville I went shopping for groceries at Foodland. Coming out of the store I noticed a Bn Store, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, In I go; met John and told him how happy I was to find a Bn store in Bowmanville and proceeded to tell him my story. Then John says,"Moe and Barry" are my brothers. Talk about (co-incidence) or was it meant to be. Thank you John, Barry and Moe and many blessings. Patricia Hisko
