It's a very large mall. Tons of parking, restrooms are clean, and the food court has tons of options for everyone in your party. Lots of activities for kids like Lego land and the sea life thing and they even have a carousel. The only thing I don't like is some stores are outlets or dollar stores kinda reminds me of when a mall is closing like six flags mall. This is a the default go-to mall when we want to go shopping. It has all the pre-requisites of a good mall.. Outlet stores, indoor mall, aunt Annie pretzels, starbucks, Ann taylor if you're of the female gender and a lot of places to sit whie your more good looking half is at the Ann Taylor. Great Shopping Center but overly crowded on the weekends Of course this Mills Outlet store will be crowded on the weekends so you just go and expect it. This Mall has everything from the Neiman Marcus Last Call, to a Sears Outlet, as well as everything else you would find in the typical Mall, Bose, Footlocker, Forever 21, H&M, Gap, and a whole lot more. There is an Ice Skating rink and a Legoland area as well. The mall though crowded offers areas to walk around and sit down and all in all it is pretty comfortable. The food court is nice and has your typical food court restaurants, but also they have a Taco Bell and a Chile's in the Mall. This place is great for kids as well as you can take your kids to the Rainforest Cafe, and then give them a train ride around the mall. Big mall. Parking is horendous, but I noticed there is an area with valet. My reason for 3 stars is that 1. There are too many of the same stores in this mall 2. There needs to be charging stations with rest areas throughout the mall, as Opry Mills has 3. This is an outlet mall, but not all stores have outlet prices. 4. And oh my..the kiosks! The 'sales' people are very obnoxious, on an uncomfortable level. I had my 2 children with me and some of them would almost chase you to get you to participate in their sales pitch. read more

Not the best mall i've been to. Its pretty much your local mom and pop shops in the mall. There are a lot of TX memorabilia shops as well as outlet shops that never have my size. What I do like are their sport memorabilia shops where you can get nice autographed products. read more

Outlet mall names with sometimes-upscale pricing. Grapevine Mills is really hit or miss when it comes to bargain-shopping unless you like diving off the low-end into some of the most cluttered, crowded and ugliest department store anchors I've seen in a mall (I'm talking about you JCP and Sears outlets!). As many have pointed out, you only find deals when you're really looking--in this case, GMM might reward you. But if you like to walk, I enjoy the fact that Grapevine Mills Mall is nearly a perfect oval track to get your exercise. Every now and then, there are a few worthy stops along the way--when you're not fighting the crowds. This mall is at the crossroads of several suburban cities, and a stopover for visitors and travelers coming out of DFW airport. Weekends are especially busy, though security presence is very visible. Parking can be a real hassle, though valet is available during certain hours. There are plenty of noteworthy anchors to Grapevine Mills Mall that draw in the tourists: Legoland, SeaLife Aquarium, an ice skating rink, a large carousel sitting in the middle of the food court, and some major restaurant and department store names. There are plenty of play areas for children in this mall. This mall seems to be a bit more upscale than the typical mall. I only saw one store with urban clothing which is great because i'm more a casual dresser. I walked around the entire mall one time, looking in random stores. It's a nice mall with plenty of options. Exit Bass Pro Shops road off the 121 when coming from DFW, as the Construction is horrific now with traffic backups, even on a slow day. It's caused Cozymels restaurant to close down for good. As far as the mall itself have your walking shoes, you need it for this place. Shop till you drop. The stores here are cool. Restsurant and hotels around the mills with DFW airport 5 to minute's away. Variety is this places theme. Jcpenney Outlet closed now makes the mall look a little less desirable than before. read more

They have a pretty nice (and better) food court than North East Mall, its more upscale competitor. What I also love about this place is that it contains an H&M and a big big Forever XXI. What else is cool is that they have a nice Last Call Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th. But I'll forever stick with North East Mall because it has a Dillard's and a Macy's. read more

Omg we went for sealife LEGO land parks, and stayed for the food places and great shopping. They had everything especially if you are looking for discount clothing. And the store Miss A is a paradise for little girls, teenager and women alike! All products geared towards women for one dollar! This is definitely a must stop for shopping and exploring alike! I love this mall. I think I went at the time where a lot of sales are going on? The mall consists of a lot of stores. I would describe this as a semi-outlet. Not every store is going to be outlet-wise. They have most of stores that are quite popular. Such as H&M, Forever.... Etc. I have to say I like their shoe mart. It is cheap and nice... Although, I wouldn't say it's high quality? Have not wear it yet. Just bought one pair for 10 something. I always get sucked in, because there are so many of them!!! I also love their papaya store. This place has a decent amount of stores for an outlet mall. The selection in the food court was lacking. Visited the aquarium. It is the same as all the other locations owned by Sea Life, so so, overpriced tickets for what you get. Plenty of parking. We visited on a weekday during the school year so it was not very busy. It's a mall. As far as malls go, it is fine. Big name anchor stores. A food court. All the cellular companies are represented. Kiosks. It claims to be an outlet mall. That surprises me. I am not seeing outlet mall type prices, but this is Grapevine, so maybe that is the reason. Even with the higher prices, this mall is always packed. The loss of the Virgin mega-store must hurt. I really like the Books-a-Million store. It is very nice inside, but it always seems to be much too warm in there. And as another reviewer mentioned, the restrooms are not cleaned very often. Maybe it is just me, but I have a really hard time getting excited about going to a mall. Even the the aquarium that is being built won't transform this into anything spectacular - then it will be just a mall with an aquarium. read more

Grapevine mills is near DFW airport. Very popular. Personally, I like the fact the mall is friendly for walking. It is a big loop. Just keep on walking and you will end up where you started. Nice to exercise, walk, eat, and shop. This is not one of those high end malls that will break your bank. Not huge either. Kids and teens friendly too. read more

Great place to walk in the morning before the shops open. One full lap around the mall is about a mile. Since Simon took over this mall a few years ago, things have improved: store quality, upkeep and refurbishment. The new food court looks fabulous. The entire grouping of unique discount stores appeals to a broad range of shoppers. And they are ALL there. ALL of them at one time. The common area is nice and wide so the traffic flows well, but often times at a slow pace. Interior is fairly nice except for the section that is carpeted. Don't look at the floor there (it's gross). Grapevine Mills also has the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen in a mall. I visited 3 different bathrooms with more than 8 stalls each before I could find one decent enough to enter. As luck would have it, this is the same bathroom that was completely out of paper towels and both of the hand dryers were broken. So my son and I had some time to kill during our visit to Dallas so we stopped here. Well we're California boys and have never experienced anything like this! Wow! Amazing! So many cool shops and we hit up the LEGO store. We really thought having the Lego discovery center and the aquarium there set this place above the typical mall. We shopped a bit then caught a movie at the amc (which was nice having our food served to us) and then went back and found some cool stuff. Grapevine Mills is nothing compared to when it first opened. It's a shame. I really like this mall and the layout is awesome. You'll see a lot of vacancies and some stores that look like they're about to go out of business. Still, you will find a couple of outlet shops worth looking at. This is a pretty good mall! I'm a shopaholic so when I'm out of town I like to check out the shopping areas for reference compared to my own haunts back home. Grapevine Mills is of course the same design and set up as every other "Mills" malls in the country, but this one is great because it has an awesome food court and a Five Below!! This store is my guilty pleasure and not back in Phoenix so I LOVE that about this mall. They also have a Sbarros which is pretty unheard of anymore. Really liked this place and had a good time. My only complaint is the upkeep of some of the stores. Forever 21 and A'gaci were literally scenes out of an apocalypse movie. I was wading up to my ankles in discarded clothes and shoes on the floor at Forever and tripping over nude mannequins and trash in A'gaci. I actually asked a woman if this store was going out of business and having a sale because it looked RAN through, and she told me they weren't!! Wtfff? read more

Had a chair massage at TotallyChi last week. After having been pressured to upgrade the massage i selected and that was finished another technician came over and asked me if I wanted a foot massage. I told him no but he persisted. When the other tech came back with my card, he took it from his hand and held it and wouldn't give it to me. He kept insisting I get a foot massage. I told him no and had to demand he give me back my card. It left me angry and feeling uncomfortable. GPV Mills please consider getting rid of this vendor.
