With the current lock down restrictions we did everything by phone. Amanda and Scott did some shopping around and not only found us two beautiful couches that can be easily wiped down with sanitizers and a new fridge! Service rep calls and tells me it will be another 2 weeks before anyone can come back in spite of me pointing out this was their mistake and they should rectify it immediately.
