The job included 2 rooms, kitchen hallway, foyer and stairwell. The team completed the first floor the first day - amazing job. Don't make up false excuses. Take accountability. Also we asked for all wallpaper to be removed. It was you that told us that in some rooms that wasn't necessary. If it was going to look like garbage, like it does, why suggest leaving it? We would have been willing to spend twice the money to have it done right. And yes, we dont want you back in our home after how badly your workers disrespected it. But thanks for your thoughtful response. Your sure put a band aid on that one.
