The lady was kind and did her best to communicate (English is her second language). My review is not based on the service, but on the experience and quality. There's no clear pricing, the descriptions are vague, and the quality was bad. I bought a regular sized Chunky Monkey smoothie. It was all powder based and honestly the worst smoothie I've ever had. I tried to make myself drink more of it because it was $9, but I just ended up throwing it away.

The place itself is attached to a gym, so the ambiance is a bit weird due to the layout and design of the building. Ordering ahead on the app made it super quick and easy--we were in and out with no wait. People might compare it to Starbucks, but honestly, Dutch Bros is on a whole different level.
