I told him I paid him very well and for him to not even complete the job was upsetting. He told me he does houses in montecito all the time and he never takes away or even picks up the leaves or branches he cuts. He left my in-laws house without finishing the job and with all of their money. Stay away from this company unless you like having your money stolen and your yard left worse than before you called. The staff put it on top of cardboard in my SUV with a forklift, and I had to be careful driving with it in my backseat (where it stayed for more than a week because my boyfriend's teen sons weren't sure they could move it out of my car and up two flights of stairs to the roof patio). We finally got it out of my car and put it in place and it is stunning!!! It is a piece of art, and a beautiful, breathable container for our beloved Dahlia bushes.
