I had been very unsatisified because it seemed like the internet goes out for days at a time and sometimes multiple times a day. (Several times I made them pro-rate my bill because of this). I will say, that since Vyve has taken over, the overall service is much, much better and I don't notice regular interruptions in service like I had experienced previously. I probably do need to talk to Vyve about a "repeater" because I like to use my phone/tablet in the garage and I don't get good signal out there, (but it's also on the complete opposite side of the house from where the base is in the master bedroom). I so desperately wanted to be able to get AT&T's UVerse previously, (what I had before moving), but at this time I'm very pleased with the Vyve service and will continue to subscribe to it.

Talking to their customer service people over the phone or in the office (I have no idea if there is more than one, I've been "lucky" to get the same one every time) and you get the impression of "why are you bothering me with your issues?" If you have other choice sin the Moses Lake area, take them, otherwise prepare to deal with what you get from Northland.

Most company just verify my last 4 SSN, name, and service address, not sure why they want the email address and phone number (i signed up 10 years ago and dont remember if i even gave them an email). Told me to hang up to get the info they want to verify ready and call back. I called back literally 5 minutes later and the automatic msg said they are closed for training and to call back tomorrow.
