It would have been faster to get back in my vehicle and drive the five plus miles and knock on their door." I wanted to notify the person in the store who had failed to restart my cell phone that I had finally been able to get it unlocked. However, there is no point in trying to help them know it was possible to get the phone working if they don't sufficiently respect customers by answering incoming calls. Perhaps they should get an old style wire connected telephone that has a loud bell. There was a time, more than sixty years ago, when AT&T provided good service. Modern cell phone technology has destroyed good communication!
