Nobody had brought it out or communicated with me about it. After working an 11-hour shift, I just wanted to pick up dinner and go home. Instead, this became an unnecessary inconvenience. The longer I thought about it, the more frustrating it became because the experience left me feeling like my time did not matter. I should not have to chase down an order after following the pickup instructions. If there was an issue with the check-in system, someone needed to communicate that. Offering curbside pickup comes with the responsibility to follow through. This was poor service, and management needs to address it. Customers deserve better communication and more respect for their time.
