Over the course of several months we called multiple times. They set up 3 different appointments to come out and look. They never showed nor did they call to cancel or reschedule. Called the owner and he said we probably would have to replace the pan underneath.

The work was okay, the cabinets were incorrectly measured, the length of the cabinet to appropriate location to my vent was incorrectly measured, so they made a big stink about it's a standard cabinet, however, they corrected the mistake by relocating the vent to adjust with the new cabinet, the worker that made the adjustment was very rude, he walked out of my house yelling and screaming, when I asked him if he can install the kitchen hood, which was agreed that they would install all the items they appliances they removed for the new cabinet. The granite countertop edge was delivered unfinished edge, so it was scratching the new cabinet door, they did finally replace the door, and had someone to manually polish the corner countertop, but you can still see a variance between the original polished edge that was delivered and the manually polished area. I asked them to address this problem, but they pretty much ignored my emails and sent me a final notice payment and threatening to take legal actions if I didn't pay. Anyway I made the final payments for items I agreed, I will probably have to go through a legal process to correct the bogus electrical work they claim they did which we are in disagreement. Someone had already commented that they are nice until something goes wrong in a previous review, my experience was the same.
