But the lady at the side desk (not the front desk teller) was so rude when I walked into their little office inside Bee's asking about ATMs that I feel discouraged to do so. Then, I just read through a bunch of Yelp reviews and have now concluded they'd likely be a nightmare to work with. When it's something as important as your money, I don't know why they have so much slow/lazy/rude attitude towards their customers. I'll stick with my banks. I really wish America First Credit Union would get a branch out here!!

I walked into this credit union intending to open a new account with a substantial deposit. I gave…read moremy name at the counter and was told it would be "just a second." Thirty minutes later, I asked how much longer it might be. The answer? "Could be five minutes or another hour." When I spoke with the manager, I was told I could make an appointment with a teller who was "returning from lunch in a few minutes." I asked for clarification--"So that teller, when they return from lunch, will be able to help me?" The manager's response: "I don't know. If they get in a car crash on the way back, they won't be able to help you." What kind of professional response is that? Completely irrelevant, insensitive, and ridiculous. I came ready to bring significant business to this institution, and instead I was treated with dismissiveness and nonsense. Never go here. Take your money somewhere else where they value their customers' time and business.

This is one of the few branches I ever come to. The building itself is small and can be cramped even with a small line, which makes me less likely to come to this branch over another one. In the handful of times I've come to this branch, I've had some 'meh' and 'bland' experiences. I've also had some experiences that were not bad, but also nothing that stuck out in my mind as a great experience. Just kind of 'middle of the road' kind of experiences where it's not bad but it's not necessarily good either. It's just... well... 'A-OK', as Yelp would classify a 3 star review. Keeping Keybank's corporate practices out of the review and focusing only on this branch, I would say that there are other Keybank branches that are more enjoyable to walk into, but if you're in the area, and you need to hit up a branch, then this branch is just as good as any for basic banking. I'm not sure I would come to this branch if I wanted to open a loan, or have anything notarized--assuming they do that at this branch, which I can't confirm that they do.
